I would stay there again.

Very nice room and facility. It was very clean.

Pool is a little small but other than that the facility was very good.

Wonderful facility

Our check in person was exceptional. He went above and beyond to assist us. The hotel was quiet. The guy who worked the dining area was friendly, really worked to keep everything filled and was constantly cleaning. I’d rate him and the check in in clerk A+. Our room was decorated very tastefully. Very clean room and bathroom. Would definitely like to stay there again

The parking lot is a nightmare as there is a miniature golf place next door and their customers take over the hotel parking lot When we were checking out the desk clerk more Or less Ignored us We took the luggage cart outside and brought it back in. And we hauled it back down to the cart storage. Felt he should have said let me get that for you instead of just sitting at the front desk. And didn’t say thanks for staying with us come again. Not at all like the guy who checked us in. Assume the guy who checked us in was the manager or assistant manager he was the best along with the guy in the dining area

Overall decent place with poor parking

Overall property was good and clean and breakfast was above average

Parking was terrible. Could never find a spot in the actual parking lot because the adjacent mini golf place would take all the parking. Was frustrating at night to find a place until the mini golf closed late at night.

Overall it was decent

Room was spacious and the amenities offered.

Unfortunately the bathrooms were very dirty, I did not take a shower and ended up having to end my stay short due to this. There was hair that was dried up on the floor and yellow gunk and dirt. I did not want to step in that or have my child step in that.

Reasonable value for a 2 star hotel, nice newer facility with pleasant staff.

Breakfast was pretty good, liked having the biscuits and gravy option. Staff kept the tables cleaned off, and the food area tidy. Liked having the electric car charging stations, but wish it was subsidized by the hotel. Room was a quiet as you can expect for a 2 star hotel. King suite had plenty of room. Exercise room was good, had a treadmill, elliptical, bike and free weights. Pool was clean and heated in the winter.

For a longer stay, more variety of hot foods would be nice, All 5 mornings had the same potatoes and scrambled eggs, with alternating sausage patties or links. Other hotels I have stayed at had omelets and bacon offered as well. The toilet paper holder was kind of funky, wouldn't stay straight on the wall, When I asked about this, they said all the rooms had that problem, the fixture was not the best.

Pleasant

Close and convenient to where we needed to go

We had asked them to clean our room. Specifically to mop the entrance floor and the bathroom. There was something in the floor that was sticky possible pop or something. They came and made the bed and cleaned the bathroom but failed to mop up the floors which is what we specifically asked to be done. The gentlemen at the desk didn’t seem to pleased with us even asking to have it done. We did not ask again.

Great place to set up a base camp.

Great full breakfast, close to the expressway, and food/shopping.

The only thing I can think of is the TV, it wouldn't be loud during a show, but on ads, it was ridiculously loud.

It was good!

Staff is always friendly. Good location. Quiet area.

The handicapped room had a bathtub that was not really friendly. The shower curtain was too short. The lower shower spout was loose and created a problem with the water overflowing out to the floor and the hall. It wasn’t pleasant. We informed the front desk and they said that they knew that was a design issue.

I feel that everyone enjoyed the breakfast, cause we always had to wait for more of something to be prepared. We all ate good.

When we needed money to wash clothes, there was no atm . We had to go run around looking for one. It was to early in the morning an stores close by weren't open yet. Also there was a long wait to use the laundry.

very clean, all the things I needed nearby , the staff were great

The bed was entirely too hard. I stayed there to get some sleep. I haven’t been sleeping good. The beds there are too hard, so if you want people to stay longer, make the bed more comfy. I won’t go back there for that reason only

Bedbug!

The morning after my first night I noted a crawling bug in my bed which from my experience was a bedbug. I even squished the bug and it was full of bright red blood. I provided the evidence to Eric at the front desk and requested a refund for that night as well as went through Booking.com and was denied the refund. I am a medical professional that has extensive home care experience, I am familiar with what a bed bug looks like. I was very disappointed that the property and Booking.com did not respect my concerns or request.
