We had fun. The rooms were clean and comfy. The pool was a lot of fun. Just needs cleaned a little more often.

Front desk staff was fantastic. Very kind. The pool was a lot of fun.

They could do a better job cleaning around the pool and cleaning the pool itself. There were a ton of birds hanging around and there was quite a bit of bird poop around the edges of the pool. Also, didn’t like the price of continental breakfast. Too expensive.

We have had better stays at this faciliity ... this one was poor.

We requested and were booked into a handicapped accessible room. It was larger and had hand bars, but it's location, some 25 rooms away from the elevator was hardly accessible. It did not have a walk-in shower, but rather had a conventional tub to which they had added hand-rails ... again barely accessible. We have stayed at this facility previously ... this visit taught us to always request that our room NOT OVERLOOK THE POOL. Despite chilly temperatures, the shouting and children shrieks from the pool very late into the evening were not pleasant. No one on the staff seemed willing to quiet things down. Finally, we arrived for our check-in at the designated time (4 PM), but our room was not ready. Apparently there was a maintenance problem that they were working on. If they were trying to stop the toilet from continuously running they were unsuccessful. Fortunately the closing the bathroom door silenced the noisy toilet. This was definitely not our best stay at this facility.

If you had read your email I had asked to have my stay refunded due to my families unexpected medical procedure. However I never got an answer or refund. The hotel said to speak to you and not them. I never got a courtesy response. Out $134 and will not be using your services again! I'm sure you could have made some sort of forgiveness. Life is not all black and white!

Hot room, mediocre food, construction problems, phone didn't work, site says room service - was none

Pancakes were fine.

The toast and bacon were both burnt. The "over-medium egg" was more like an "over-easy egg".

I needed to change my dates and they never responded. I ended up getting charged for the full price of the stay. It’s disappointing. I’ve spent several thousands of dollars on Hilton properties this year. Now I don’t want to spend another dime with them.

An excellent Hilton property

The staff was always polite and professional. The rooms were clean and comfortable. All of the common areas including the swimming pool, hot tub and exercise facility were all well-maintained. And finally their morning breakfast and service was excellent.

we made it work we stayed there with all the construction noise and chaos it was actually on the third floor where I was

Actually the property was under construction when I made my reservations no one let me no not even when I checked in didn’t know it was under construction

The pool was also under construction not available for use which really bummed us out being that you were in Phoenix Scottsdale area you would think he would have access to a pool bummer I was very specific I wanted a pool when I made reservations disappointing

My stay was an horrible experience and will not recommend to anyone they stay there.

Really nothing went well from the booking to checkout and even after is still not

The commodities in the room especially the mattress which was sagging in the center and the mini fridge would not get cold.

The location was great for where we needed to be. Clean rooms, and friendly staff.

The stay here was just okay. Nothing special during this Hilton stay.

I liked the location just off the freeway.

The hot water gave out while staying here. I had to wait for facilities to fix the issue which made me late to my event. I had to cancel dinner plans in order to make the event on time. In addition, the restaurant wasn’t open either.
