Three nights, off peak travel

Breakfast was amazing, location was perfect, quiet area but easy access to all the major Tourist areas such as Shibuya, Shinjuku, Tokyo etc. Everything we wanted to do was within 45 minutes travel, most of it was less than 15.

The bed became uncomfortable toward the last night as the mattress was quite hard and small. For the price it was very good and I would come back again.

駅から近い　下にコンビニがある

廊下の照明が暗く、表示が小さいためレンジの場所がわかりにくかった。洗面所のドア下に短い髪の毛が落ちていて、拾ってもまたどこかから現れて気持わるかった。スリッパは使い捨ての方が良かった。裸足で履くのは抵抗があり、持って行かなかったことを後悔した。洗面台の水温が高過ぎて、調節できると良かった。手が乾燥してしまった。部屋のイスが柔らか過ぎて腰が痛くなった。

Good choice for Gotanda

Room had everything I needed. Well soundproofed from station noise. Good beds and pillows. Well run. Clean. Helpful staff.

Room was compact but to be expected in Tokyo.

隣や上下の階の騒音が一切なくて、快適でした。

Very small and not so clean for the value.

It’s very close to the station but very small and you have to be able to sleep through the sound of the trains.

It’s just close to the Gotanda station.

Stayed at this property for a second time due to the very conventient location right next to Gotanda station.

I used the laundry room to wash and dry my clothes, but there was no information about how much time it would take, so I had to go often from my room and check if the washing or drying was finished. Would have been nice with some information about this on the machines. Took about 1,5 hour each by the way...

The hotel is very well located near the metro station and in a nice neighborhood. The staff at the reception seemed kind and helpful too. Restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

Sadly I must say the room was quite dusty and moldy. I don't mind some dust or a hair but this was too much. It's really a shame as the location is really nice and the hotel deserves better. There was not a lot of room to walk around to or put our luggage. There was an air purifier in the room but the filter was asking to be replaced.

Reccomend for Tokyo visit

Great location, right opposite the station which were a few stops away from Shinjuku and Shibuya. Had family mart on ground floor and all amenities were amazing . restaurants were very close and our favorite coco curry was open till 12 midnight. The station directly went to the airport . Our room was spacious, neat and had night suits ready for us at the end of each day. Definitely would go back again

It was OK…there are better hotels in Tokyo.

It’s located across the street to the JR Gotanda station and the Gotanda station for the Asakusa line. This means that there are multiple ways to reach the hotel by train from Narita airport. Not a busy location…more quiet and less crowded. A Familymart convenience store is located at the hotel too, which is convenient. A tax free cosmetics shop was across the street, and a Don Quijote was a couple of blocks away.

The hotel is really beat up and dirty. The rooms are fine but the hallways had a lot of damaged corners and the floor carpet was dirty at the corners. We booked a room for 3, but we only had 2 sets of pillows and toiletries. The hotel did not provide any extra pillow even after asking for it. We had to ask for the 3rd set of toiletry every time, and this was the hotel policy…housekeeping don’t provide the 3rd set of toiletries automatically when they fix up the room. The dryers in the 5th floor laundry room took forever to dry clothes…one wasn’t working when we were there, it ran but did not heat up. The 10th floor had better dryers but still took a long time to dry clothes. If you are traveling with family, it will be challenging to manage the laundry. The location is not too busy, so a lot of mainstream fast food or cafes were not nearby…as of writing, McDonalds is opening soon, there’s no Starbucks.
