Great stay in ubud

Great small hotel, the staff were all really good. Breakfast was good, the whole hotel just made you feel relaxed even though it’s on the main road once you get in the hotel you would never know.

Very central location

Had a wonderful time, the staff made it a special stay nothing to difficult for them. They are a credit to the hotel

The balcony in our room was more an internal area looking out on a external wall

Exceptional

First time visiting Ubud staff were very helpful giving great advice on tours and assisting with taxis etc enjoyed the fresh breakfast alongside the pool. Also offered happy hour and afternoon tea which was lovely on the top floor of the hotel giving vast district views.

We enjoyed our stay in Ubud.

The rooms were spacious and nicely decorated. Comfy beds, shower and a bath. Breakfast was delicious. Location was good as we could walk to restaurants, shops & temples. Pool area was nice & quiet, nice landscaping, nice big pool. All staff were friendly & helpful.

Terrible traffic at some times of the day, and lots of pedestrians too. TV was small and was not working when we arrived. The restaurant was nicely decorated but the food was not as good as nearby restaurants.

Lovely hotel in the centre of Ubud.

Breakfast really good by the pool, free afternoon tea on the rooftop terrace. Good location for monkey forest, Palace and museum. Plenty of good restaurants to choose from nearby.

Room was quite dark and no view from the balcony.

Absolutely - great place to stay in the central part of Ubud.

Excellent location, accommodating and friendly staff and very well-equipped rooms. Much better than my expectations. Bed was very comfortable and shower was excellent. Stay for 3 nights and traveled solo.

Maybe the lighting in the rooms a little brighter.

Nice hotel with friendly staff, spacious room and clean.

location was great, near to everywhere. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Property so clean, the room very huge even the hotel complex not so big and the most important for me is they provide fully functional mini fridge to make ice and chill our drink n fruit.

the pool was so small and covered by bulding so we neber try it, the front security need more smile to guest, breakfast option need more menu variant, it getting bored when stay more than 5 nights.

a nice base to explore the treats of ubud

location is great.

my first room had no windows which was very disturbing but they had a room available the following day a suite in fact surrounded by windows which was a delight!! the kettle in the room is small. the tv has a few channels and their fitness centre is minimal. it was busy and most people were very happy

the rooms are really nice and big and the spa is a really good and comfortable experience

the chairs around the swimming pool are all a bit tight + there is not much sun there. the gym is not working and i have seen in reviews it was like that a couple months ago already. they did not fix the machines

great location and friendly and helpful staff.

The room is slightly dark and the bathtub leaked every time we used it.

Good location, food, and service. Ask to see the room if possible.

The location is very good. The staff and service are exceptional. The breakfast is good if you stay for 2-3 nights.

The villa I stayed in was not to my liking. The layout was weird and not for the family at all. The open bathroom and indoor bathroom has glass partition with no option to use them together. Space is not used well. Also, the villa is on the roof and the lighting is low..spooky and damp feeling.

We recommend staying here for the location is within a short stroll to all amenities, you are in the heart of Ubud.

Friendly staff and Dewa our Host was very helpful and professional.
