Straightforward and simple, no problems at all

Hotel is very clean and modern with friendly check-in staff. Short walk (just over 5 mins) from Sannomiya station. Room was great as well, slightly on the small side but that's par for most standard hotels in Japan. I had the "do not disturb" sign out during my stay and the cleaning staff kindly left clean towels and amenities hanging on the door handle each day.

The washing machine didn't really dry my clothes properly (just left them incredibly hot and damp) but only a small complaint!

Excellent value for money, convenient location

Good business-hotel-like place to stay and explore Kobe. Location is great, within walking distance of all major attractions and main subway/train stations. Friendly staff, comfy room, very clean. Good price too.

Great location

Great location, 10 minutes walk from Shin-Kobe station and Kobe-Sannomiya station. Warm and helpful staff. Close to restaurants, big convenience store and bus stop.

UNIZO ticks all the important boxes for a great hotel stay.

Great service, amazing location and really nice room. Wifi was easy to connect to and the room's aircon was quick and cool. Iron and ironing board was available from the front counter and plenty of things like toothbrushes and other toiletries for pickup in the lobby.

Staff were very friendly, location was pretty near the railway station and area with lots of eating places and bars

Room seemed to be a little dusty (like nobody stayed in there for awhile), washing machine seemed a little dirty as well

Reasonable rates, close to city center, and easy to get to. I will stay here again.

Its conveniently located close to JR Sannomiya.

The carpets in the room need to be cleaned. There were stains.

The hotel and the staff made my visit to Kobe feel very enjoyable.

The staff were amazing. They made me feel so happy to return to the room at the end of the day!

Walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Two nice bakeries nearby.

Breakfast was not included in the price.

Good choice but if your prioritie is distance have to reconsiderate.

staff are very helpful, room is bigger than usual size.

a litter bit far from station (7-10 mins walk) if you have many luggages is might no convenience even it is straight line to Sannomiya station.

Perfect Stay in Kobe

Relatively close to Shin-Kobe (shinkansen) Station and Sannomiya (major JR and Hankyu) Station. Room facilities were excellent! Bonus: It’s adjacent to a Matsuya (cheap fastfood).

Very pleasent stay for my week-long conference in Kobe! Walking distance to everything!

The hotel is located at a very convenient location for Kobe. The service, staff, the room, and the hotel were exceptionaly clean and everyone was lovely. The breakfast was OK, and was conveniently located in the restaurant next door.

The room was a bit on the small side and this is not an issue for a short trip but something to consider for longer stays. There was also no closet or shelves in the room and only wall hangers for you clothes.

“Ok” stay in Kobe

Very clean and newly renovated room

I didn’t like breakfast at all. One can only get a fixed menu with one toast, one yogurt, eggs and sausages. I didn’t want anything salty but I had to take what was offered. Position is ok, if one accept to walk 15 mins for the city center
