About this house rental
Nestled in Telluride, this lovely house for $325 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. 2bd/2ba. Mountain Views. Sunny Deck. Short Walk to Chair 7, Gondola & Downtown. Modern Townhouse. Close to everything in the town of Telluride! The Telluride Townhouse is a beautifully remodeled, modern three level condo with a sunny deck and mountain views. We are a 3 minute walk to Telluride Ski Resort's "Coonskin" Chairlift 7, steps from the San Miguel River Trail and free Town Bus Stop, a 6 minute walk to the free Mountain Village Gondola, groceries and Downtown shops and restaurants and a 10 minute walk to Town Park. We have thoughtfully designed our space to be modern, light, clean and comfortable. The Main Suite occupies the uppermost level and is open to the second floor below. It features a comfortable king bed, large closet and en suite bathroom with custom tile shower. The open plan bedroom has high ceilings, a skylight and mountain views out the window. The deck, dining, living, bar and kitchen area occupy the second level and also feature an open plan layout. The kitchen was designed with great attention to detail: stainless steel appliances, gas range, powerful vent hood, large fridge, Quartz countertops and plenty of storage. A coffee and bar area featuring an under-counter beverage fridge, bar sink, coffee maker and electric kettle is separate from the kitchen and keeps the flow of traffic away from the cooking. The dining area can seat up to 6 guests at the table and 4 more outside on the deck. The living area has a comfortable 96" four-seater sofa and 43" Roku-enabled Smart TV with access to free and paid internet streaming channels including hundreds of commercial-free movies and TV shows on Netflix. We do not have live Sports Channels. Internet and WiFi access are included. Our sunny, South-facing deck leads off this level and is a great place to relax, have a drink, share a meal or take in the beautiful mountain and ski area views. The Front Entry, Laundry, Mudroom, Guest Bathroom and Guest Bedroom occupy the first level and have a private street entrance. We have a custom ski rack that can accommodate 5 pair of skis, a high-speed ski boot and glove dryer and Bosch washer and dryer. The Guest Bedroom has a comfortable king bed that can convert to two twin XL beds, a desk and a second Roku-enabled 43” Smart TV. The Guest Bathroom has a custom tile shower and deep soaking tub. Our home features in-floor radiant heat on all levels for maximum comfort. The condo is well appointed and located in a convenient area of Telluride - very walkable. The layout is perfect to provide privacy for two couples (upstairs and downstairs) and has a main kitchen and living area for spending time together (middle level). Beds and bedding are very comfortable and the kitchen has everything you might need. If you have any mobility issues, there are 2 sets of stairs along with entry stairs. Owners are very accessible and timely on answers to questions both though the VRBO site and on the cell phone. We enjoyed the condo and felt at home!

Leslie and Nicole’s condo was not only wonderfully furnished, in a quiet area, with 1 parking spot included, and within a few minutes walk of downtown, it was also outfitted with everything and more than we needed to really enjoy our stay. Their attention to detail made it clear that they love their home and value the renters who they share it with. Would absolutely come again.

Perfect floor plan for 2 couples. Excellent kitchen and appliances. Clean and updated bathrooms. Issues: blinds don't work correctly. Crank out windows don't work with window fans. Deck doors need screens.

The property is exactly as shown in the pictures— very clean, well maintained and best location in Telluride. The bedroom had extremely comfortable beds. Everything is newly remodeled and in good condition. The kitchen is top of the line appliances and has everything needed. Hosts were great with communication and responded very quickly. Highly recommend this property, we will be back!

My husband and I had the best time staying here...everything about it was perfect!! The views are so much better in person from the deck/table!! The location is amazing too, just a short walk to pretty much everything. The townhouse was clean and beautiful too. Nicole and Leslie were always quick to reply and super helpful. We will be back for sure - we loved every minute of our stay!!

Our stay was wonderful. The property had everything we needed. Our hosts truly thought of everything. The location was great as well, we had a chair lift (lift 7) right across the street from us. Super convenient. We could easily walk to all the Telluride bars and restaurants and to the gondola if we wanted to go to mountain village. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We found the owners to be amazing, whatever question we would ask was answered promptly, they are truly good people. We consider ourselves lucky to have been able to stay at this place.

Perfect condo for two couples with bedrooms up & down separated by the main floor. Great location for skiing just across the street from Lift 7. Within walking distance of everything in town. Grocery & liquor stores just a block away. Very comfortable, with every amenity we needed. Large kitchen with everything we needed to cook. Know that this is a townhouse with 3 floors & steps. We are ready to rebook!

The owner was kind enough to leave a stash of coffee, tea and sugar. It is a great ski condo and I will gladly stay again if I am able to ski again in Telluride.

We stayed Leslie’s and Nicole’s fabulous property Dec 25th thru Jan 30th and we could not have picked a more perfect townhouse for a family of skiers and one non-skier.. Minutes away from everything you need- walk to gondola, restaurants, food market, wine shop, and shopping. This three level townhouse smartly utilizes every square inch with modern and thoughtful accommodations. The multi -level layout provides a great combo of privacy and together spaces . We absolutely loved Telluride and our stay. We look forward to our next visit!

There were only two of us staying so there was plenty of room. The view is fantastic from the breakfast table. If I had to comment on any downside, it would be the number of stairs since this is a three-story place. Just make sure you have no problems with climbing stairs if looking for a place to stay in Telluride. The communication with the management was excellent. You will enjoy your stay!

Leslie and Nicole were wonderful to communicate with and responded immediately to all our questions. We reserved this condo last summer (July 2021) for our week stay in Telluride in July 2022. The location was perfect and the view from the patio was unbelievable. It felt like we were in Switzerland!!!!! We were walking distance to town, hikes, restaurants, river trail, and gondola. Having reserved parking in the back of the condo was golden as parking in Telluride is very difficult. We never drove our car the entire week! The condo was very quiet as it was on a one-way street and traffic was limited.
The condo was spotless and equipped with everything we needed.
The Bear Creek trail and Jud Wiebe trail were challenging but worth it. Make sure you take bug spray as both trails were full of mosquitoes and flies.
Telluride is a beautiful town that is full of great views, shopping, hiking, fishing, restaurants and staying at Leslie and Nicole's condo made it a perfect week!

The downtown condo is a great place to stay. The owners have added the extra touches in bedding, kitchen supplies, coffee bar, etc., to make the renters feel at home.

Great location close to town and a grocery store and hiking trails. Very clean and beautifully updated unit. Quiet even tho it’s close to the action. No air conditioning but we didn’t need it and the owner gave us tips on ways to cool the place naturally in the summer. It’s a vertical unit so many stairs from top to bottom but we welcomed the “steps” as exercise. All in a great place. Owners were very organized with answers to any questions you might have in advance or while there. Everything is also marked discreetly in the unit so you know how to work things. Great place.
