Toller Blick auf San Juan!

Die Wohnung liegt in einem guten Wohnbezirk nahe dem Meer. Durch den Balkon im 8. Stock hat man einen schönen Blick auf San Juan und einen seitlichen Meerblick. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Eine leistungskräftige Waschmaschine und ein Trockner sind m Dachgeschoss, Ein Flachbild TV, Sitzbank, Esstisch und genügend Stauraum für Kleidung ist vorhanden. Die Einrichtung ist komplett, aber schon in die Jahre gekommen und manches ist renovierungsbedürftig. Peter, der Eigentümer kündigte an, dass die Wohnung demnächst neu bemalt wird. Er war sehr hilfreich und hat auf eine Reklamation innerhalb wenigen Stunden eine Lösung organisiert, Internet funktioniert bestens. Ein Parkplatz ist im Hof verfügbar.

Der Vormieter scheint das Geschirr, die Gläser und das Besteck schlecht behandelt zu haben. Alles war kaputt bzw., unhygienisch. Peter hat auf unsere Verständigung nach wenigen Stunden komplett neue Sachen gekauft und gebracht! Esstisch und Sesseln sollte erneuert werden. Die Schiebetür zum Balkon ist schwer handhabbar, wackelt im Wind und lässt sich nicht versperren. Es ist allerdings unwahrscheinlich, dass jemand dort einsteigen könnte. Die Klimaanlage ist sehr laut.

Home Away From Home!

Location was awesome..didn't want the crowd of the hotel atmosphere! Peter..this place was excellent!

Suggest putting in a coin machine for quarters for laundry.

good view. the owner is great.

water temperature was cold. the next building was under construction in early morning, couldn’t fall asleep. The ceiling fan keep making sounds and often woke up at midnight.

Peter was super accommodating, we really enjoyed our stay!

Excellent location!

We thought we booked a room where the patio was facing the ocean, but we could still see the ocean over the balcony wall so we were still happy!

Great customer service; location close to the beach; great balcony view; apartment was very clean; kitchen was fully stocked; gated community; good value for the price.

No complaints. Improvement tips: The unit needs to be updated (nothing was broken, but furniture was worn out, had scratches; balcony door and front door need to be replaced - balcony door was shaking loudly because of wind and it affects sleeping; bed is supposedly queen size, but mattress seems to be full size). Nothing urgent, but could be improved overall.

Great apartment, wonderful location right to the beach and close to restaurants. It's gated community 24 hours so it's super safe and clean. Peter and the team from Kasa were absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was wonderful. Apartment was clean and nice with beautiful Ocean view and great balcony to enjoy. I highly recommend picking this condo for your stay. Thank you for making our vacation perfect 😊!

Superb

Our 1st day here and we came back to the building without power. Peter immediately moved us without hesitation. Of course no one can control power outages, but he definitely took care of us and made sure we had a wonderful stay. Definitely a wonderful host. Thanks again Peter, the new location was absolutely amazing.

Great location to stay with beautiful views, would stay again!

Great location in San Juan, close access to many places and walkable to beach. Gated community as well with plenty of parking available. Beach chairs and towels were provided and the views were great from each side.

AC was on, but couldn't adjust temperature so it just stayed at 75 degrees. Unfortunately that wasn't enough to cool down the apartment so it was kind of hot. Peter did say he would get someone out immediately and he was a responsive host.

We really liked the location, ocean views and vicinity to the Ocean Park Beach. Apartment is very convenient with free parking and WiFi. It was fully equipped (kitchen etc.).

I would suggest to send more detailed information about how to get the keys to the property. The rest was great :)
