One of the best hotels

Exceed expectations in every detail. It’s the first hotel in our US trip that provides both coffee machine and a real kettle for tea lover! Welcome snacks, cold and room temperature water, spacious room, a note from hotel manager, check-out at 12, no disturbing for breakfast etc. Bed is super cosy, we did have 11 hours sleep! Lots of photography spots and nice common area.

Only one thing, driving is the way to get to and from the hotel. It means that one of us cannot drink if we went out for a meal.

Good for short stay, but not worth the price.

Newish B&B. Nice decor, and really large bathroom.

Next to a noisy foad that makes it difficult to relax on the balcony or backyard, so we barely used either. Elongated room felt a bit claustrophobic in the bed area. Comforter and the rug in bathroom didn’t feel that clean.

The property is beautiful and well-appointed. bed is comfy. Pastries are delicious. Everything was perfect!

Great stay. It’s a hidden gem.

Loved the room and location. Has a balcony over looking vineyard.

The breakfast could have been different from day to day. As in different pastries would have been nice. Also noticed they changed their bath products to a possible less expensive brand. Upsetting up about this.

Beautiful setting in a gorgeous property positioned perfectly in wine country.

Beautiful setting, meticulously manicured. All staff were helpful and friendly, providing great recommendations for our stay.

Superb

So private and includes all the room facilities you can ask for including a small kitchen coffee machine and the indoor fireplace. Good products provided. The outdoor seating with fireplace and the barn were very nice.

Bed was a bit pointy and we hit ourselves.

we love how clean and beautiful it was. we were in the cottage, 2 room suite, everything was beautifully appointed and updated. the bed was comfortable. the surrounding was peaceful. we could not stop raving about it. we will come back.

Wonderful Inn and Staff

Wonderful staff, great recommendations for restaurants in the area and super comfy rooms. We also enjoyed the complimentary wine tasting. The location is also convenient as it’s close to both Napa and Yountville, and 20min to St Helena. Very picturesque (minus the highway). Breakfast is delivered by 8am (croissants, muffins and orange juice) - not healthy but very tasty.

our room overlooked the highway. Fortunately windows were soundproof, but when we sat on balcony we could hear the car traffic.

Lovely comfortable place, very quiet - would definitely stay again at the Setting Inn.

Bakery breakfast - fruit was good but toast would have been preferable to muffins and pastries.

Finding a stay in Napa will be a no brainer now.

Friendly and attentive staff, central location to Napa and Yountville, amenities such as exceptional communal areas and electric bikes, amazing rooms, and so much more. What is there to not like? We'll be back for sure.
