Los maleteros sumamente amables.

La realidad que cuando llegamos no aparecía la reservación. Y cuando nos ubicaron en cuarto NO nos pusieron en ninguna vista luego nos hicieron el cambio y para colmo sin consultar aumentaron la tarifa de la estadía.

Horrible stay! Refund me how about that???!?

I had a horrible stay with extra fees attached for things I wasn’t aware of and couldn’t be explained when I called. I also couldn’t get utensils late at night because they said the kitchen was closed! Really you can’t get me utensils? Really ?!? Horrible experience!

Fantastic! The management team and all staff we encountered at the restaurants were very hospitable.

The entire stay was outstanding! The customer service was amazing, food amazing, cleanliness awesome, pool was great, I could go on!! Was my family’s first time there and we definitely will be back. I like how they had games and things for the kids. The Easter egg hunt and bunny was a very nice touch! DJ was good as well although wish he could stay past 4pm. Overall great stay here!

Very nice hotel and I would definitely refer it to friends and stay there again in the future.

The pool was great with the bar and grill right there. There was plenty of fun and activities for the kids with poolside games for them. There were several restaurants on property to choose from. The breakfast buffet in the morning was nice. It was a relaxing stay.

El hotel es muy espacioso, las habitaciones grandes y la limpieza muy aceptable. El desayuno Excelente¡ La piscina muy linda, rodeada de árboles, aunque creo que le faltan camillas para recostarse. Muy buena la atención en general. Las camas y almohadas muy buenas¡ Excelente ubicación, literalmente al frente de Sea World, se puede ir caminando. Fue una muy buena experiencia. Volvería y lo recomiendo de todas maneras.

Elegí este Hotel porque ofrecen shuttles a los parques, pero funcionan pésimo. Te dan horarios que van a venir a buscarte y no llegan, tanto a la ida como a la vuelta. Uno de los paseos quedamos botados en Magic Kindom en la noche y tuvimos que volver en un Taxi lo que es bien caro. Hice el reclamo pero me pareció que el Hotel no se hace cargo. Al final es mejor usar un Uber o Taxi y no confiarse.

Decent, but overpriced for the quality (and parking)

Overall, it was a pretty nice place for a conference,with the conference center conveniently located to the rooms. It was a clean facility.

They were exorbitant rates for parking for no apparent reason. The price of the rooms was out of line with the overall quality of the hotel. Staff was very variable. Some of the staff were great, but others were not very helpful.

40$ parking each night is absolutely ridiculous!

Lobby/Atrium was positive in terms of ambience.

My room was musty, bathroom was filthy. Cleaned everything with Lysol wipes and it was still haggard. Outdated.

It was not worth the price it needs to be revamped and at least smell clean in the rooms or people will continue to stop

It had a nice restaurant and service

Our room smelled musty and the floors in the bathroom had stains and the counter didn’t look wiped down. We had motorcycle that kept us up in the middle of the night doing wheelies and revving up for hours and the whole reason we booked an extra day was to get a goodnight sleep.

Perfect for the time we were there.

The location of the resort is perfect for events at the convention center. Staff we encountered were all helpful and very friendly. I am a strong Marriott supporter.

Very very disappointed and spoiled our Christmas experience in Orlando

(The pictures sold us the hotel)for us to stay and we booked in advance with intention to have a wonderful time away we didn’t leave when staying there as the prices of hotels were near on double due to not able to book in advance!!

The property was not clean and we asked for a vip cleaning due to finding nail clippings near bed and black hair in bathroom area dust on telephones tv ect The banister railing was loose and we was advised that it’s safe and was checked very dangerous especially being on 8th floor (a lot of movement if holding rails) Hotel security was never corrective to load and abusive behaviour guests that had to much alcohol we witnessed a few occasions!! This was never addressed whilst our stay!! Washing machine area for long stay guests like our selfs We had our washing removed and some items was taken and not cheap clothing!! The wash area was always messy with people’s washing placed on top of machines very unhygienic this was appointed and never corrected! Was promised 5 nights refund due this situation and experience we had we was charged in full and I still waiting on refund from 3 weeks ago? Very very disappointed

The rooms were unclean and the bathrooms looked nice but yhe tubs are old snd did not drain properly. We were moved multiple times before we got a decent room although the floor was still not clean and fid not appear to have been vacuumed. The first room had a prior guests under clothes still in the room plus there was a dog lovked in the room next door so the dog barked nonstop.

"It was the best hotel experience both of us ever had"

The food was amazing the staff was amazing!! The hot tubs were so nice and all the decorations for Christmas were beautiful!!

Comfortable and wonderful

The convenience to the convention we were attending. Also the cafe that is there is amazing! Both the food and the staff are top notch and so friendly 😊

Great place but way way over priced.

The rooms were great. The Lobby restaurant and lounge area were fantastic. Location was central to where we wanted to go.

Way too many hidden cost. $43 resort fee. They also make you pay for parking. You either use valet or pay $36 a night for parking. Over priced drinks at the bar, although it's convenient.

The food was great and excellent value

The $40 a day resort fee seems a lot just to use the pool. We paid around $40 a day more for a room with the "sea world" view. It is but much more of sea world parking lot than anything.

Got in late but the stay was very good.I really like the design and layout of the hotel.

The room was really nice and spacious. I could look at the big screen at the bar from the balcony without being at the bar which was really nice.

The pillows in the room was poor.
