Could have done with a rail in shower

Location and friendly staff.
One small thing that would have made us happy.
Could have had mugs in the room instead of cups please. It was silly putting tea bags into little cups.

Great views. Large bathroom.
Furniture was old and the leather was peeling off over the floor and anyone who sat on it. The rooms were similarly generally old and falling apart slowly. The whole place could use renovation.
