Location was great for theatre
Service at breakfast was dreadful. Had to ask for tea 3 times before we were served it. Although we have stayed at the Grand a few times we were not asked if we wanted a cooked breakfast. Toast machine only toasted one side so asked for toast from the kitchen which was cold. Sevice from the bar in the evening was very slow. If the service is down to not having enough staff, then employ more!!!
