Pleasant

Clean room and bathroom … teas, coffees , nice biscuits provided … staff very friendly and helpful… Easy parking ..Breakfast was nice..

Easter weekend , Saturday eve, Double room cost £144 for 1 night .. thought expensive and I would say more of a 3* hotel and not 4* … no USB charging points ..

Great location overlooking the sea. The staff were friendly, and the food was excellent.

Disappointed

Breakfast was disappointing,full English took ages to arrive the manager had to apologise. I had to ask after 20 minutes if it was still coming. Then I ordered smoked salmon muffin, but the staff had a question and I had check again 20 minutes before the ma ager again came out yo apologise for thr delay. Because the staff couldn't tell me it was tonight gluten free bread. The fact that I had to as someone where my breakfast was after 20 mins again was ridiculous and bit the service I asked for.

Very nice hotel which I will use again

The room was lovely with wonderful views over the sea. It was the perfect size for a solo traveller. The bathroom was great, with a very nice walk in shower. All was spotlessly clean and cleaned every morning of my stay.

All in all a very nice hotel a double room. Single occupancy

The breakfast was very good with lots of choice, I wouldn’t have a single room again, it was a bit on the small side. I would have liked a choice even if I had to pay extra for a double room single occupancy. Apart from that it was a very good choice of hotel with very helpful staff.

ROOM A BIT PRICEY BUT SERVICEABLE. THE VIEW WAS NOT MUCH JUST A VIEW OVER THE OTHER HOUSES OUT THE BACK. BREAKFAST WAS OK BUT NOT LOADS.

VERY PRICEY FOR WHAT IT WAS AND FELT LIKE WE WERE SQUASHED IN A CUPBOARD.

relaxing and very enjoyable

Sea view rooms have lovely views of the seafront and the staff are friendly and attentive. The food is excellent in quality and presentation.

The traffic and passers by can be noisy especially if the windows are open in the rooms on the front but it is worth it for the benefit of the views

Overall very happy

Hotel was kept spotless & all of the staff were very friendly, nothing was to much trouble. Breakfast was first class, great choice. All of the food in the restaurant was first class. Good size room with great view & everything needed was supplied.

Bathroom was tiny, had to sit on the toilet at an angle to avoid knees hitting on the wash basin base cupboard. Should have made the bedroom smaller to give a decent size bathroom.

Lots. Very well maintained. Nice ambiance. Staff are all excellent, happy and proud of their hotel. Breakfast was good.

Excellent hotel. Excellent location.

Excellent staff - friendly and helpful to a fault. Splendid breakfast. Dinner menu a bit meat heavy but quality food. Similar for the bar food. Comfortable room (sea view). Quiet at night. Residents only at weekends.

The bed was not completely comfortable - haven't figured out why. Blankets rather than a duvet was 'different' - perhaps something to do with the previous comment?

Brilliant - will definitely stay there again

Staff we really helpful and breakfast was great - and all served to your table. Rooms were very clean and everything worked as it should. The whole place seemed to be very well run. Room cleaning staff were lovely too.

Our first room was a little small but we paid £30 to upgrade to a bigger room with sea view - well worth it. Hotel the last of the big seafront hotels so a 5-10 minute walk to the pier but that was no problem for us but might be for people with limited mobility.

Lovely, welcoming - we come regularly and it never disappoints

Breakfast is lovely and view from breakfast room perfect - right on the sea front. Staff are friendly, nothing is too much trouble

Would prefer duvet to blankets but it doesn’t spoil the stay.

Sparse portions.

Bedding was not up to Travelodge or Premier Inn standard. Blankets should have been protected from bodily contact - been itching since getting home.
