Have stayed in 4 hotels and B&B’s in Eastbourne and this is by far and away the best one I’ve stayed in. Victorian features, stain glass windows combined with a modern style. Breakfast choices were eggcelent with proper sausages and bacon, the “house” scrambled eggs was delicious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking was a bonus as that area of Eastbourne can be tricky to find spaces to park at night. Would definitely stay at The New England again.

Excellent b&b, with very friendly staff- and Audrey goes above and beyond! Lovely, cooked to order breakfast. We were lucky with parking, right next door to the accommodation but that can't always be guaranteed... you may have to park a little further away and keep your eye out for on the road spaces nearer to the accommodation becoming free- but you'll only be maybe 50/100 yards away at most
