The stairs were at of a stuggle
Especially with cases,very steep and a lot of them.
No restaurant and bar was not really a bar.

Ticks all the boxes for a short stay. Room was clean and big enough for two. Bathroom very small though it does say on the web as it says about the stairs - there are many 😆
A big plus a decent coffee machine in the room!
Location is good. No parking though but that is usual for Eastbourne. There are streets near the hotel with free parking.
Best of all the manager David is Czech, my countryman! 10stars to him…he is doing a great job! Thanks for the chat and recommendations. Rye was beautiful.

Nicely done compared to others in the area.
Rubbish breakfast, not worth the extra £15 per person per day. Better options out around the town.
