Nestled in Big Bear, this lovely house for $131 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. If you’re looking for a cozy family getaway near the lake, Moose Meadows is the place for you! Located in Big Bear West, this little hideaway keeps you close to all the Big Bear action! The first level is open concept featuring the kitchen, living area, and two separate dining areas and upgraded furnace. Perfect for gathering family and friends around the table! The kitchen and dining areas have wood floors throughout. Upon entry, you will see the first dining area with seating for six. Head into the kitchen equipped with a upgraded oven/gas range, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster oven. Great for those dinner nights in! The living area includes plenty of comfy seating, a wood burning fireplace, and a large 50" 4K flat screen TV with Hulu, Netflix streaming and Amazon FireTV. Also has Blue Ray player and many movies of various genre. The second dining area has seating for six and looks out onto the deck and features a 2000 multi arcade machine. Just off the second dining area is a laundry room with a stacked washer and dryer for your convenience. Bedroom one is on the first level and features a king size bed , flat screen TV and plenty of storage. Also on the first level is a newly remodeled bath with a beautiful tiled shower and sink with granite countertops. On the second level is a private bedroom with two queen size beds and a flat screen TV with Hulu and Netflix. There is also a children’s drawing area, as well as a full bath including tub and shower. Head outside to the deck featuring a propane grill and dine al fresco! There is seating for eight around the picnic table. Great for game time, a morning cup of coffee, or sunset toasts! There is also a horse shoe pit just off the deck for a little friendly competition. Moose Meadows is in an ideal Big Bear Cabin if you want to be near the lake, the Village and marinas! Features: Near The Lake, Propane Grill, Flat Screen TVs, Deck, Horse Shoe Pit, Laundry, Wifi, Gas Range, Two Dining Areas 2023-0788 City of Big Bear Lake "Good Neighbor Policy" Do not exceed the occupancy limit Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED. No parking in street or yard Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign. No amplified music 24/7 Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line. Head inside at 10:00 p.m. Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. FOR PET FRIENDLY HOMES ONLY, Take your furry friend with you Take your dog with you so they do not disturb surrounding neighbors. You will find that Big Bear Lake is very dog-friendly! Please be sure to verify prior to booking that the property does accept pets. Take trash to dumpster locations Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations: 41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd. Fines The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation. Eviction Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned. Important: Dear Traveler, you will be charged with USD 200 in case you include a Pet in your reservation as a Refundable Damage Deposit for Pets.

Moose Meadow was amazing! While it was much bigger that just the wife and I needed, (didn’t use the upstairs at all) it would be perfect for a much bigger family. The home is super cozy with every amenity we could need. We picked the property because the large backyard would be perfect for the dogs and it was. An added plus is the neighborhood was nice and quiet which adds to the property. It’s in a great location with nice neighborhoods to walk in just outside the front door that aren’t busy. Will definitely stay here again.
My only suggestion to future renters, read your arrival email fully. I spent several minutes trying to find the hidden downstairs heater nest control by the TV only to find the email told me exactly where it was without searching lol.
Oh. An added bonus. Keep an eye out in the afternoons if you want to head out front and say high to the man walking his goat 😂

Overall was a place to stay. Plenty of TV's for the kids to hook up to and wifi but no AC and very dated, one shower was pretty much not usable, all 5 of us waited for the upstairs bath. No dish washer and no trash service. Is other thing's to deal with before check out. Check in at a remote office is not ideal either. Total experience place dated and need upgrading, management also needs updating and no remote check in!!

We had fun at the cabin until the last day when we were packing and found two dead mice in the living room, where my daughters were playing. One was under the side table by the stairs and the other behind the TV stand. My husband disposed of them immediately. I informed the property manager, Destination Big Bear, but I have yet to receive an answer.

The Moose Meadow cabin with perfect for the needs of our group. It was fairly spacious for 5 people to stay at and enjoy being up in the Big Bear Area. In addition to it location being quiet at night, the arcade machine inside the cabin was a fun treat for all of us. During our stay the was a minor issue with one of the fire alarms, but as soon as we can Big Bear destinations sent someone over to take care of it. We have a great time stay here and would definitely stay again!

My only cons were ants in the upstairs bathroom and kitchen every morning, lots of cobwebs and the carpet didn't seem to be vacuumed before our stay.. the location, games and deck were fabulous!

Only the upper floor received the heat and the lower floor was not heated. Otherwise it’s a cabin perfect for a small group. The video arcade system was a huge hit! Thanks.

Very cozy!
This is a great place for 2 adults. The location is in a very pretty neighborhood that is good for walking (not a lot of traffic on the weekend we were there), and offers glimpses of the lake thru the houses & trees. The house has a really good-sized back deck with a big picnic table and grill, and it's not squished in too close to other houses. There are a lot of levels to this house. so we stayed on the main floor, and had to help our little old dog up n down the steps from room to room. We particularly liked the big comfortable sofa & fireplace. The kitchen is really tiny, but reasonably well-stocked with utensils and cooking tools. If you have kids, or a group, there are 2 good-sized rooms upstairs, with remarkably generously sized beds. The bed downstairs is one of the more comfortable mattresses we've ever encountered in a vacation home. Everything was very clean & in good condition. Check-in and -out was very easy. We would for sure come back to this house again!
