Stow your ski/snowboard gear in the available closet until you are ready to hit the slopes, then kick back and relax! The Living Room features comfortable seating, wood burning fireplace, smart TV w/ Basic Cable and a Roku Player. WiFi is provided for your convenience. There is seating at the bar and room for eight at the dining table. The Kitchen has all new stainless appliances and all the necessities for your stay. Just beyond the Kitchen is a Bathroom with a shower, and a Laundry Room. There is also a door out to a Deck which has a Propane BBQ. Head upstairs and find a full Bathroom and two Bedrooms. Guest Room 1 has a comfy queen bed and Guest Room 2 features two queen beds. Both rooms are nice and bright with all-new bedding. Head up a few more stairs into the Loft Guest Room 3 which has an additional Queen bed. This room also has seating and a TV with NES Classic(loaded with 30 retro games!) or bring your own game console or video player if you have one. A great place for kids! Property was clean and affordable. Had great proximity to SS and was easy to access. The only downside was no central A/C. Our friends had to buy box fans to keep the rooms cool, especially the loft. Summit Street is busier than we expected after 10pm and lots of car traffic with the windows open for cooling the condo made for noisy evenings.

This place is perfect for families. All appliances are in clean and working condition. Living room and kitchen area are open and nice clean bathroom downstairs. Bedrooms were clean and comfortable as well as the loft. Very quick walk to snow summit! The hosts were quick to respond and very kind and professional. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at this property while traveling with my brother-in-law and his family. In all, there were 4 adults and 4 kids, ages 9-12, in our group. The check in was super easy, communication with the host was wonderful, and the place was very clean and exactly as advertised. There was plenty or room for all of us and the beds and furniture were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of clean towels and linens. Location is convenient as well with stores, restaurants and attractions all very close by.

Condo was spacious, comfortable, and well-stocked with essentials to make our stay comfortable. Location was convenient to much of Big Bear Lake, especially Snow Summit and hiking. We had one small problem and response from management was quick and well-done. Thanks for a great stay!

We just spent the most memorable weekend at Snow Summit. Snowed on us for 2 days. Best conditions in many years! The Summit Ski Shack condo was perfect. Had 2 parking spaces in back (didn't have to deal with trying to save a parking space on the Summit Blvd). Condo was comfortable and had everything we needed. The rental management was fantastic. Quick replies and answered all questions. Best thing about this condo is its location. Literally just steps away from Snow Summit. Perfect to take a mid day break and head out for the afternoon session. Family already wants to book another trip before the season ends :) We will be back!
