It was best possible location. Great view from the balcony, close to the highest gondola to the glassier. Great spa, new facility, comfortable furniture, plenty storage for personal belongings.

We loved the cozy atmosphere, the beautiful mountain views, the clean and modern design, and the friendly staff. The location was peaceful and perfect for a relaxing stay.”
The only things we didn’t like were that the cups in the room were not cleaned or replaced daily. We drink coffee every day, and yet the cups were never cleaned throughout our stay. The room was also smaller than what we expected based on the photos on Booking. When we arrived, the hotel didn’t inform us that their taxi service is only available for check-out, so we had to pay for a taxi ourselves for a ride of less than 7 minutes, which did not feel worth the amount we paid. We also did not like the breakfast — the eggs were undercooked, the coffee was always served cold even though the weather was very cold, and there was no variety at all. Additionally, the hotel is located on a steep uphill, which made the walk tiring.”
