The property is unique in its design and so beautiful and welcoming. The attention to detail is amazing. Importantly, the staff is so welcoming and they aim to please. This was first class service and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

You should improve the beds and pillows. Beds were squeaky and pillows very soft.

What a fantastic hotel! The pick-up/drop-off service was convenient and the welcome drink on arrival was just what we needed after a long journey. The staff were all so welcoming and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble and they put a lot of thought into making our stay memorable, even leaving three small robes and slipper sets for our children to wear to the pool, which made their day. The hotel itself was absolutely beautiful and the room was comfortable, stylish, well-appointed and spotless. The breakfast was excellent, with loads of choice, all of it delicious, as was the complimentary afternoon tea. The pool was perfect for our three kids to play in but also great for relaxing in if you're child-free. The location was also great, with the cable car and a lovely Italian restaurant about a minute's walk away, and Zermatt centre a pleasant 10 min stroll down the hill. We loved our stay and were very sad not to stay longer. We will be back.
We didn't mind but it's worth noting that the hotel does not offer a lunch or dinner service, only breakfast and a complimentary afternoon tea which were both excellent.
