The room I booked has no view but has a window ceiling so you can see the stars at night, lovely hotel, they staff are friendly and accommodating, loved the spa, the pool and the breakfast. Will definitely book it again when in Zermatt

Wonderful, modern hotel with a very personal touch and lovely staff

The people were very friendly and kind, everything was organised well and full of little nice touches (like a personal card to welcome us). The breakfast was excellent and plenty, the interior pool small, but nice and the view from the room amazing.

Extremely welcoming, first you get a welcome drink on the beautiful sun terrace looking directly at the Matterhorn. Then you get a tour of the hotel. All the staff were so friendly. We booked the sky light room, so no outside view or balcony but it was still outstanding. There's so much outside space to sit and view the mountains so we didn't feel it was necessary. The spa..... no words other than wow! We booked this place to relax after a week trekking and it was perfect.

Beautiful place and location

We had a brilliant stay in this beautiful hotel. Our room and bathroom were great, a good size and provided everything you need. We liked the fresh water supply every day. The shower was excellent. We loved the pool, which was super clean and warm - and swimming through to the outdoor jacuzzi area was great. We had prosecco up on terrace and looked out at the mountains and stars - just perfect! Great location too, next to the Matterhorn Express and a short walk to the middle of Zermatt.

We would have liked to use the air con in the room as it was very warm at times during our August visit. They did give us two fans though! The only additional tiny bit of feedback we'd give, is to see a few more vegan options on the breakfast. We had breads, fruit and cereals with oat milk which was great, but it would be even better if there was a rosti, vegan sausage or vegan-friendly pastries :)

truly everything. we were picked up at the train station without even needing to request it. this was so helpful since we had heavy bags. we were then immediately taken to a gorgeous terrace overlooking the Matterhorn and given wine. our room was immaculate and was fully decorated for our honeymoon. the hotel staff was so kind and helpful the entire stay. the included breakfast was the best breakfast I’ve ever had at a hotel. truly have never had a better stay. will absolutely be recommending this hotel to anyone traveling to the area.

Best place in Zermatt for mountain lovers. Great facilities to relax in after a day in the mountains

second visit, as exceptional as previous occasion. Location is perfect for those wanting to take lifts into the mountains and easy stroll to the town facilities. Staff wonderfully helpful.

the breakfast was good. we love the klein Matterhorn restaurant across the street. We ordered to our room twice and all were good. love the service at the hotel

the room is really dark, the bathroom light was white making it unstylish. later we upgraded ourselves to the rooftop suite, it has much more light from the roof but still pretty dark at night

Overall a very nice experience

If you plan to travel to Zermatt with enough budget, then This hotel is definitely a very good option. It is nicely located right Next to the cable car to the glacier paradise, though a bit far from train station, they have pick-up service so you don’t need to worry. I like the modern design of this hotel and I like the fragrance within the room, smells like pine trees, makes you feel like walking in the woods. Staffs are nice and friendly , check in and check out were smooth. Room is spacious enough, and you basically have everything you need. Note that in single room, there is no window on the walls but on the roof top, it may be an interesting design, but not suitable for people who are claustrophobic. The breakfast is quite delicious with variety, they update some of the dishes each day. But dinner is not served here, you may go out for dinner or order takeouts. The swimming pool is absolutely the highlight of this hotel, while you swim from inner pool to the outer pool, beautiful Mountain View just jumps right into your eyes, the pool area is a very good photo site for instagram I think. There are also massage, but it requires nudity. There are free water and snacks served in the lounge every day right beside the pool. Overall, I had a wonderful stay at this very hotel.

Although I am satisfied with the hotel, there are still several issues that need to be improved. Firstly, there are bugs like mosquitoes flying into the room in the night, which is super annoying. Secondly, the toilet and coffee machine didn’t seem to be cleaned very thoroughly, I spotted some hairs in the sink after checkin, and as I used the coffee machine to make some hot water, the water just came out with some coffee residues, and by the way, there is no electronic kettle in the room, if you need hot water you can only use the coffee machine to make some. Lastly, wifi is sometimes not stable.
