Minutes from Boise State, Boise River, Greenbelt & Downtown Boise. Granite kitchen with hardwoods throughout. Updated bathroom. Private backyard with flagstone patio, chiminea fireplace & BBQ. Pets allowed. (Please mark the 'pet fee' additional charge when booking with pets. $30/per pet/ per stay) Washer/Dryer. Close to restaurants, shopping, gym. 2 Bike Cruisers on-site for use. Perfect for short or long term stays. More Info: Upon arrival, you will find a booklet containing information about the home, passwords, local points of interest, restaurants, and events going on during your stay. -Two bicycle cruisers are provided for you to explore the local area or enjoy the 25-mile Boise River Greenbelt that runs through the entire city. -Wi-Fi is available throughout the home. -This home is approximately 1,000 sq ft with 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. -Each bedroom has a queen size bed with premium bedding. -The living room is furnished with a comfy sofa and armchair & desk to enjoy the smart TV enabled with Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, etc. -The dining area seats 4 people, there are 4 TV tables in closet -The kitchen is fully equipped to accommodate any meal with a microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, dishes, silverware, pots, and many other items that you may need during your stay. Please feel free to ask us if there is something particular that you need for your reservation. -The patio is equipped with a propane grill, patio table & chairs, chiminea fire place -There is plenty of parking with an off street driveway, and street parking out front. -A washer and dryer are available with detergent for your use. -There are plenty of towels and extra linens, as well as toiletries if you are traveling light or forgot something back home. -A pack-n-play is provided for infants. -Hair Dryer, Shampoo, Conditioner, Soap, Lotion & other basic toiletries are provided.

What a nice home in a good neighborhood, close to the city, 10 min to the airport. We went for daily walks in the neighborhood and it was and quaint and safe. The home was clean, well stocked with anything we needed, just perfect. My adult daughter, her dog, and I stayed there. The large, fenced backyard was perfect for her dog. For those not wanting to stay where dogs are allowed, no worries. I’m picky about smells and cleanliness. The house was very clean and smelled great. There are hardwood floors and tile on the floors. The chairs out back were nice for relaxing outside with a pretty lawn and mature trees. We actually saw a deer in the neighbor’s backyard! We had never seen that before. My daughter thought it was a pet. Haha. The house was so cute, original cabinets in the kitchen were so nice to see. Heater in the house was newer, so not everything was vintage. Decor was pretty and everything was as it looked in the photos. Check-in process was simple, no glitches. We didn’t have to contact the owners since there were no problems. I highly recommend staying here. Since my daughter just moved to Idaho, my husband and I will likely be back to stay.

Cute cottage house. Stayed here before. Very convenient location. Great back yard. Quick turnover from last guests? Refrigerator, kitchen drawers, and window sills need a wipe down. Old soap left in shower. Couch had chip crumbs needed a quick vacuum. Everything else was very clean

Sweet home in a quiet neighborhood. The house has a lot of charm and the backyard was so tranquil close to downtown Boise definitely would stay here again.

The location was fantastic for our needs! Access to the interstate, downtown restaurants, grocery stores and the Greenbelt are all just minutes away. The home has a spacious living room and the bedrooms have ample space too. The neighborhood was incredibly quiet and the bed was very comfortable, so we slept like a rock! This is a fabulous rental for a couple!

Within walking distance of Boise River, beautiful backyard, cute/clean home, quiet neighborhood, close to stores, restaurants. Was visiting Boise for my grand-daughters graduation. Perfect place to stay. Highly recommend.

We stayed at this house for my daughters graduation from BSU. The location was perfect, it was so close to campus. The house is very charming and had plenty of space for our family. There were even some waters and wine upon arrival which was a nice touch. The house was clean and comfortable. The host was super accommodating to let us check in early since our flight arrived in the morning. I would definitely stay here again.

It was the perfect size for two people. Nicely decorated with everything we needed, including lovely morning light through the windows, a lush backyard with glorious large trees and the lilacs, tulips, and wisteria were in bloom all around the house. So instead of all of the boring sameness of a hotel, we had coffee in our pjs, our wine in the fridge, no slamming doors or kids running down the hall. A responsive home owner who supplied coffee and little treats. I rent homes on vacation, this is my first time doing so in Boise, but it won't be my last. Thank you Amy.

I stayed here with my little dog while visiting my grandchildren. The yard is lovely & i was lucky to see everything in bloom. The kitchen is well supplied and the owner leaves lots of thoughtful things around the house for you to enjoy. I was there for 10 days and will try to return in the future for a month. I enjoyed the simple charm and simplicity that reminded me of the house i grew up in long ago.

I loved the coffee it was delicious. I didn’t do a lot of cooking as it was just me but there is plenty of kitchen items and gadgets to do so if you want to. Thank you for the water that was left for me. I paid it forward and left some for the next guest.
