Nestled in Tybee Island, this lovely condo for $218 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. If you are looking for a convenient and affordable place to call home for your Tybee vacation, Tybee Sands 2B is the one! Located only 2 buildings back from the main beach, Tybee Sands offers a great location at a wonderful price. Located on a small lane about 75 yards from the main beach, pavilion, restaurants, and shopping. The property is clean, well-maintained condo with a Furnished deck that has with a partial side ocean view. The living room has comfortable furnishings including a sleeper sofa and 50inch flat-screen TV. The open living and dining area are all tile floors and is a great place to relax after a day at the beach. The dining area seats 4. The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher. The home also has a full-size washer and dryer. This comfortable condo includes two full bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The primary bedroom has a King size bed, TV, and an attached full bathroom. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and a full bathroom in the hall. There is speed internet/WIFI, and there are a full-size washer and dryer in the condo. The building has off-street parking for 2 vehicles for every unit. NOTE: Larger SUV`s may not fit in parking space- especially during peak/high seasons. Unit had EVERYTHING we needed (including a Keurig coffee maker!) and was clean, comfortable, and brightly decorated. Parking was convenient, under building. Only minor downside was that some steps were of uneven depth---but we were aware of that when we booked. A five star lodging---and you could even see the ocean from the porch!

3 sets of staircases were challenging to get to the top floor and the stairs were not standard width or height. The hall bathroom faucet needs replacing. Otherwise all in all a great experience!

This property was perfect in all aspects. Just what we were looking for. The only thing we would suggest is to have beach chairs and beach towels available. We flew in and did not have the ability to bring our own. If there is hesitancy to leave them at the property, even the ability to check them out with a deposit and return them and get that back would be perfect.

Great on the inside, very clean and well stocked. I was disappointed with the trashcans and smell in the alleyway. I can only assume that this is a city problem not a property issue. Loved the fact that we were two buildings from the beach. Great location!!!

The rental company was unhelpful and acted as if « what did you expect for the money? » i have paid half the money for far superior rentals with helpful management and amenities! This dump must reap a really high profit , so clean it up and paint tjise hideous walls. Everbody can see where you’ve been dabbing paint in spots all over thise walls!

This was our second trip to Tybee. Everything about this rental was perfect! The place was spotless and well-maintained. The furniture and beds were comfortable. Steps to the beach!! My questions for the property manager were quickly answered, which was good when our first key code didn’t work! Will definitely rent from them again!

Located in a good area near the beach and pier. The description should mention that dogs are not allowed on the beach or pier, we would've kenneled the dog if we knew this. The place itself was comfortable and spacious, just the way we like it.

We absolutely loved our trip and the property where we stayed. From the day I booked our trip the staff at TVR were exceptionally helpful. They answered my questions and made sure we were ready for our trip. When we arrived our condo was immaculate. It was so clean and well-maintained. We loved Tybee Sands 2B and TVR!!!! We will use them and only them for future stays! THANK YOU SO MUCH TVR!!!!!!!

We saved for 2 years to bring our granddaughter to see the ocean. Only positive aspect of this trip, her seeing the ocean. We were told to not come till 4 pm, we got there early of course. After seeing over 20 people come in early and every single one was able to check in early, we got ours around 4:15. Our fault for coming early. We are told the washer is not working but will be fixed by Wednesday, this is Friday still doesn’t work. When we booked it said there was TVs in both bedrooms, shame they didn’t work either, on Thursday both were fixed by their guy, the office had already said the TVs wouldn’t be fixed this week. Petty maybe, but when you pay 250-300 a day this shouldn’t happen. We were not offered any different options, if I had known what we were getting into I would have stayed home! Sadly we’ll not be able to do this again for a few years, just sorry that this trip was a total loss for us! In the past when people pay for a service they expect that service, not broken appliances,broken TVs.

Wonderful Getaway
Awesome property conveniently tucked away on the island with the ocean in view. Tybee Sands 2B is a wonderful slice of paradise for your entire family! The pet policy allowed my WHOLE family to enjoy a serene 3 days on beautiful Tybee! I will book direct next time, as my understanding of the value of VRBO has been set straight! You pay 10% fee for nothing. Tybee Vacation Rentals handled our vacation during the Coranavirus pandemic professionally and courteously. We chose to complete our stay rather than bail on our “us” time despite the multiple offers for refunds and words of understanding from TVR. Big shout out to Bree’s Golf Cart rental company for being open and delivering our 6 person cart!

Great location, nice beach. There was an odor when walking down 17th place, due to the waste carts, which was not pleasant. Also, there were very limited close areas for pets to potty.
