The location was good for me, a quick Uber ride downtown and could walk too if necessary. The host Alan was very welcoming and had everything well organized and documented for access to room and wifi.

Room is clean and quiet. Bed is comfortable. Hosts are very friendly and helpful.
This property is located in a somewhat boring area. Public transportation option is limited. Homeless people are often seen in the neighborhood which made me feel unsafe to walk around at night.
I requested a hotel when I made my reservation on the platform, but this is a house of an Airbnb style. The house owners live on-site on the top floor, and everyone shares the living room, kitchen and backyard. I stayed in the basement in a small room with a low ceiling and a tiny bathroom. I did not choose the $35CAD breakfast because I think it is overpriced.
