We were staying over for a family Big Birthday party
The venue was perfect and staff were excellent.
They were most helpful and nothing was too much trouble.
Our room was clean, bed was comfortable and well maintained.
We had an evening meal and breakfast. The restaurant was most comfortable, great selection on the menus and food was delicious
The only thing we were worried about was the room being too warm and no air conditioning. However it was fine as we could open the bedroom window and put a the fan, that was in the room,at the window and it was fine.

The staff where friendly and customer focused which is a winner, the room generally was decent and the hotel itself is nice and well presented. Location is suitable for Glasgow and beyond and parking is plenty.
The double bed was two single beds pushed together and you could feel the middle gap which made for uncomfortable nights sleep - didn't sleep well and was tired next day after a 8 hr drive up and knowing I had a meeting and then a 8 hr drive back - the Shower tray filled quickly and a lot of water is sprayed into bathroom as shower shield is not suitable. Plus I was missing a door to my bathroom which felt uncomfortable even as a single guest. One extra pointer was the mirror in the bathroom is set back and its hard to focus as feels to far away for basic shaving etc. The breakfast was slow and only had porridge, which honestly was a let down considering I was in Scotland.
