Ich war vier Tage dort und kann bestätigen, dass das Hotel sehr sauber ist und das Personal äußerst freundlich ist! Außerdem befindet sich alles Notwendige in unmittelbarer Nähe, und die Lage ist sehr zentral. Ich kann dieses Hotel jedem uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Great place to stay in Berlin

The hotel is well located, it is just a few meters away from a metro station, the rooms are nice, well equipped, and comfortable. The staff are great, they are very open to help at any time.

I do not have any complains, everything was okay.

Exceeded my expectations

The room was very spacious and the beds were comfortable. Floors in the bathrooms were heated, and the showerheads very good. The staff were fantastic, and incredibly helpful and friendly. The jacuzzi and sauna area was well maintained and quite relaxing. Also close to UBahn stations. Also loved that it was adults only. I would absolutely stay again.

They didnt have any extra pillows in stock, but I didnt end up needing them as one was enough. The whole hotel was evacuated twice because of a false alarm one night, but it didnt happen again during my stay.

Frühstück ist noch zu verbessern keine große Wurstauswahl , Kaffee na ja Badezimmer war sehr gut

Richtig gutes, kostengünstiges und sehr modernes Hotel mit guter U- Bahn- Anbindung.

Sehr gute Auswahl an Dusch- und Pflegeprodukten im Bad. Hätte ich gewusst, daß es eine Sauna und Spabereich gibt, dann hätte ich einen Besuch dort eingeplant. Schade, aber nächstes Mal bestimmt! Das Zimmer lag sehr ruhig zum Innenhof. Bett war sehr bequem.

Morgens um kurz vor 7 wurde im Flur Staub gesaugt, das war recht laut.

Super!

Super hotel blízko stanice metra s bezpečným okolím. Zaměstnanci byli velmi milí, usměvaví a poradili nám, kam jít večer na pivo. Pokoje čisté, dobře vybavené s elektrickou konvicí. V koupelně na zrcadle ovládání rádia, prosklené oddělení koupelny s obrazem. Pohodlné postele, kde seskvěle spalo. Super! Ráda se sem vrátím!

Das Frühstück und das Zimmer waren gut.

Fehlerhafte Buchungen! Vorsicht vor diesem Hotel. Die zur Sicheit hinterlegte Kreditkarte wurde illegal ohne Ankündigung mit nicht in anspruch genommenen oder bestellten Zusatzleistungen belastet.

Nooit hier naartoe gaan!!!!

De bedden waren dan nog het beste van alles.

Het personeel spreekt bijna geen engels, alle klachten die er waren werd niets mee gedaan en alle oplossingen die werden bedacht waren niet hun probleem of oplossing. Gordijn kon niet dicht, douche lekte, luchtventilatie werkte niet, douchekop was kapot en vies. De huismeester zoals die zelf vond te zijn was een mislukte conciërge die maar wat deed en niets was zijn probleem. De manager beloofde dat er schoonmaak zou komen en die is niet geweest terwijl we 4 handdoeken hebben gebruikt om de vloer te moeten drogen. Ook geen nieuwe handdoeken gebracht, want dat was vergeten en konden we zelf meenemen. De gordijnrails was al een keer kapot geweest en dat hadden ze zo opgelost waar het gordijn uitviel een schroef erin te zetten. Vervang gewoon je rails ipv de betalende mensen lastig vallen met dingen die niet werken of sluiten!!!!! Nooit meer 1 cent hieruit geven.

Verouderde meubels, sauna was niet echt spannend, iets wat je bij een gay hotel meer zou verwachten. Personeel was niet super vriendelijk maar gewoon ok. Prijs wel erg hoog voor hetgeen ik ervaren heb.

Just OK but not among the best experience

staff was really friendly and helpful.

our room was to small, around 10 m2 . Elevators were old. We order food to be delivered at our room, small portions and poorly packaged.

Disappointing

The rooms were clean and spacious.

The spa was messy and had no towels available it seemed like the all place was attended by one staff member alone that had to run around like crazy. Beware of this hotel, I was mistakenly overcharged by 1000 euros and two months later I have not received a full refund of the amount owed. The hotel is coming up with excuses and no refund has been made yet.

“We can stay here, but for the price let’s check if we find something better…”

It’s central, well connected, staff is kind.

I’ve been using the hotel for some years. Unfortunately some basic services have never been fixed or provided. Internet works not at its best. There aren’t substitute solutions at the reception for services that can’t be provided, like cables when internet cannot be used wirelessly. There aren’t charging cables in case a guest forgot to bring theirs, the front door is locked at night and doesn’t open with the guest card. The hotel also could provide guests with some amenities such as an electric kettle, coffee and tea bags, little things that make the stay more comfortable, since their prices have risen quite a lot.

Relaxing New Year

They offered us a free upgrade when we checked in. (First time staying) The room was really nice, clean and spacious. Spa area downstairs was also nice and Well kept. Surprisingly big steamroom! And the Finnish sauna was hot enough. Gym area also worked well. All and all a very nice 4 nights there.

Location of the hotel is not the best. Not much things around the hotel. Metro is definitely needed when moving around the city finding restaurants etc
