The room was spacious and clean plus the bed was comfortable.
The food was extremely under whelming. The same kind of food you could get from a fish and chip shop for much cheaper.
The bathroom mirror light would not turn of unless you removed the card from the door and some of the hardware was not properly attached to the wall.

Nice and clean and the staff were lovely.
The food wasn’t up to scratch and we had a big party that put them under big pressure so the wait was long aswel. It’s also quite expensive

Lovely big room. Clean sheets and good bed. Nice plugs and side lights. Clean towels. Gym looked good. Nice bar and outdoor space. Food adequate but not like the 5star photos on the website!!!! All the staff were young and really trying their best.
Green limescale on shower base, dripping shower, no plug in sink. Horrendous drain smell, not sure if from outside or from bathroom. No nets on the windows. Poor soundproofing, woke up when the room next door started talking at 6am. Tiny, unmovable TV, as it was in the corner it would have been nice to angle it towards the bed. No air conditioning- just a small fan, lucky it wasn’t hot. Restaurant food was basic, not like the photos, but priced for what it was.
