Ambiente familiar

Nos gustó el señor de recepción, nos cuidaba mucho a toda la familia.

La cama simple de la habitación tenía el colchón un poco doblado. Pero después de todo nos conformamos con la buena amabilidad del señor.

The hotel staff is friendly and helpful, the room is clean and comfortable.

The room was clean and comfortable, there was always enough hot water and if we needed anything, they helped instantly. The air conditioning is a life-saver in summer! The owner of the hotel is very nice and friendly, he was very flexible about the arriving and leaving time. He has also waited for us at the night when we were out.

The rooms are a little noisy at night: you can hear every steps on the stairs, and the neighborhood can be also quite loud sometimes because of the locals. Unfortunately they can't speak english very well, but with translator and body language we could discuss everything.

Great stay, lived every part of it. Fantastic location, and very good value for money!

Fantastic staff members. Very respectful and welcoming. They were also very helpful in anything we needed and we had no trouble in communication. Overall great stay and would come again!

Only small minor thing would be is that there was no mirror in the room, other than the bathroom mirror- very minor.

Worst experience ever

The only good thing at this property was the AC, that’s it.

The place look’s nothing like the pictures, there is a lot of false advertising. There is no lobby or kitchen area to have breakfast, this just doesn’t exist. The place is dirty, and everything is just falling apart. Window doesn’t close, there are cracks in the ceiling, there is a whole in the bathroom ceiling too, broken toilet seat and dirty bed sheets, no noise insulation at all, you can hear the next door neighbour flushing the toilet. Unfortunately everything was fully booked in Istanbul and we had no other choice than to stay there. We bought new sheets as we didn’t want to sleep in the ones from the hotel. The place cannot be called a hotel, i don’t even know how to call it. We were not expecting luxury, but we were expecting a clean place. The place needs a good refurbishment and a good scrub.

Awful, don’t stay here.

The location was good.

We arrived at night and were woken up at 2am by loud sounds coming from the pipes in the toilet. The noise was very loud and didn’t stop. I spoke to the owner in the morning and he didn’t believe me. I showed him the sound and he just told me to constantly flush the toilet throughout the night. When he thought I was going to sleep I don’t know! We asked to move rooms and he told us to come back later. We did this and he the shouted at us because he was trying to sleep, glad someone managed to. He then refused to move us to a different room. The sound was so bad and the owner was so rude we had no other choice to leave and book somewhere else. We left very disappointed with the way that we were treated and spoken to, especially as it was due to something out of our control. Still awaiting for a reply from booking.com customer services.

An average place.

Nothing.

Just a normal place with no facility as such. Had to press for the electric kettle for hot water from morning to evening a number of times. Then they finally give us the kettle. Basically, just an average place to stay where you are on your own. Just access the room, stay there and manage everything on your own. They didn't even provide water even at a price.

Geat host, Clean rooms, Affordable, Good location

I stayed here for 3 nights. Although we arrived at 6 am, the owner Mr. Islam let us check in and gave us a temporary room until 11 am when our reserved room was available. He was really great and supportive. Miss Rosa was the cleaning lady who did an excellent job at cleaning the rooms. It does surely worth the money you pay. I highly recommend this place.

The water pressure on the first three floors is good but on the fourth floor not so much. Also, the first two days we had a strong wifi connection with high-speed internet. But in the last two days, the connection became very weak and annoying.

good location

the hotel has a good location BUT on the first night they put us in a different room from the photo, the showers don't work hot water, it's super cold, the bathroom has a lot of mold on the ceiling and some holes. the bedroom door didn't lock, we didn't have toilet paper and the towels were dirty and short. the first night I was bitten by a spider in the room. they don't understand any english, difficult to communicate

When I book a dleux double room, there was an option to choose a room in the ground floor. But there is not any room in the ground floor. Bathroom is not clean

Clean, location is near Grand Bazar and restaurants and public transport.

No sea view, hardly any toiletries, no private appliances, no sound proofing and many other items missing from the description of this room.

Worth the price.

The staffs are very nice. And it is in the middle of everything. You make your shoping directly on the next street. Very quiet and peaceful at night. And the internet is very fast. Worth more than the price

They should put blankets in the room. I get really cold at night. Apart from that it was excellent
