It's a bit sad that even though you pay for the accommodation and breakfast + dinner (half-board), the hotel is still trying to make you pay for things like drinking water and minigolf at the hotel area.
It's totally fine for my family to pay 10 euros to play mini-golf, but I just don't understand why the residents of the hotel have to do that.
Also according to the pictures, we were expecting a sauna/spa, but turned out it's not open in summer and first week of September, which didn't make any sense to me.

We loved the private Pool and the whole apartment was amazing
air con could have been colder but it was very HOT when we went

Location was amazing. Being next to friends in their villas was perfect.
Floor was so slippy and dangerous when wet. Which was a lot of the time due to the pool/sea. Had to put towels down every day and partner still feel over and hurt herself quite badly. Fridge leaked, roof leaked, shower leaked. Air con wasn't quite powerful enough to make the bedroom cool through the night. Didn't get any milk, tea or sugar with the villa. 2 dishwasher tablets were provided. Expected a little more from a luxury villa. A lot of the TV channels didn't work and couldn't sign in to Netflix etc. Not a big deal as location was amazing but is nice to watch a film at the end of a hot day sometimes.
