We had a wonderful stay for 5 adults and 4 kids. The backyard oasis was our favorite. The salt water pool & hot tub were clean and heated to perfect temps (84 for the pool and up to 103 for the hot tub). We took full advantage of the game room (the kids took over this space for sleeping too).
Dean was on top of communication checking in with us periodically and responsive to all questions, even ordering us a coffee grinder for our first morning there.
Neighborhood was quiet yet located so close to a grocery store, Walgreens, and Old Town.

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay at this property! We really appreciated our welcome margaritas from our host, the great backyard with the putting green, corn hole and the great hot tub and pool. Lots of room for us to sleep and relax. Check-in and check-out were seamless. We will definitely stay here again!

The property was everything we could have asked for! Clean, very well equipped (humidifier, steamer, shampoo/conditioner, hair dryer, well stocked kitchen with basic spices, condiments, oils, etc). The pool/backyard was also amazing! Built in speaker to play music while we hung out, great hot tub. The Host was truly very nice and helpful, he even came in to help us with the breaker during our stay! Don’t think twice about this place, book it because it’s great, reliable, and highly rated for a reason

If you are looking for excellent amenities, location, and hospitality, then look no further. The property owner/manager was very hospitable and was very prompt to respond to any and all communication. They provided a welcome basket for myself and my group as well as offered to help with local bookings and recommendations. The backyard was also Top Notch!

This is a great home for a family or group. The backyard has endless amenities, heated pool, jacuzzi, putting green, games like darts and cornhole, a large table for dinner and more. It's very clean and in a great location with lots of restaurants and hiking options nearby. Dean is great with communication and readily available via phone, text, or email if you need him. As an added bonus, this house was well stocked with toiletries and the kitchen was stocked with pantry items and condiments. We had a very enjoyable stay here!

Great homeowner greeted us with cocktails at arrival. He made changes to the house to accommodate my wife’s disability. He cleaned pool every three days. He communicated well and often, but was never intrusive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We booked the property for our 20 year anniversary boys weekend golf trip. Dean greeted us with his world-famous prickly pear margs and made sure we knew where everything was located. Great cozy layout with upgraded everything and super clean. Can't wait to come back next year!

Dean and Megan are the best. The house is so well-appointed, with everything you need and more. Great location with an easy 5 min drive to old town. Dean was so accommodating the whole time - we felt safe and so well taken care of! The beds are absolutely some of the most comfortable beds we’ve slept in - one girl is legit ordering one for herself she liked it so much. Pool is awesome, hot tub heats up on command, yard is perfect for bags & putting contests. Thank you Dean and Megan - we will be back!

The house is beautiful. What made our vacation so much more was the amazing support and wonderful communication from property manager, Dean. He went over and above to provide my friends and I with a terrific stay.
Dean went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed and more. I will look to use them again for all of my AZ vacations.

Had a bachelorette party of 8 girls this weekend. Great place to stay. Dean was awesome! The listing says walking distance to old town, but it most definitely is not. About $12 Uber ride so not bad. Nice, quiet, clean and had everything we need. I would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend.

Dean greeted us at check-in for a brief walk-through while sipping on the freshly-made house specialty margaritas (awesome way kick off the weekend). The property comfortably fit my group of 7, the amenities were great, and you can't beat the location (close to the airport, golf, and Old Town). The check-out process was a breeze as well. If I ever go back to Scottsdale with a group, I'll be staying here again for sure!

The pool was definitely the highlight of our stay! So many fun amenities and extra little touches to really make one's stay special!
Dean, the host, was incredibly accommodating and great at communicating, even amongst a frightening family emergency. He is an absolute delight and a wonderful host!
I'm not sure if the group right before us broke the air conditioning unit in the game room, but it was not functioning properly during our stay...we planned to sleep 4 women in that room and they ended up sharing beds in the main house/sleeping on the couch in the living room where there was STELLAR central AC. Dean offered a lot of advice to fix it and offered to come by and work on it as well. The hose to the unit was cracked in multiple places and after trying to sleep in that room one night, the girls didn't trust the unit even if it was tinkered with. If you have a group as large as ours in the heart of an AZ summer, keep that in mind!
Otherwise, we absolutely loved our stay and we'd come back in a heartbeat!!

A little slice of paradise
A group of 5 of us visited this property in July. The pictures are exactly what the property is, which is a testament to the service that is provided by Dean and Meghan. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would come back again! We came for a short girls weekend and enjoyed the pool and the location to Old Town (quick Uber ride). The house has everything that you would need. The Hosts respond quickly to texts and provide clear/concise answers (for example when asking where to put the umbrella for the pool). Definitely a great place to stay for a girls weekend or family trip. Thanks again Dean and Meghan for the great hospitality and to the attention you give your guests and your property.

This property is wonderful! Clean and beautiful bathroom, kitchen, sitting areas inside and outside! It is a gorgeous property, and every inch of the house was clean and ready for us to enjoy the weekend in.
Dean is a wonderful host - communicative, friendly, prompt, and made our stay so wonderful! He was there for any question we had and his home was such a fantastic place to stay in with friends! He welcomed us into his home and made sure we had a comfortable and happy stay.
We had fun cooking in the kitchen, lounging in the wonderful yard and pool, and slept great in all the beds.
I recommend this beautiful property to everyone! It was such a great place to hang out, relax and have fun! Dean is a wonderful property manager and this gorgeous house is just lovely!
