Nice location, easily reachable with public transport. Always greeted nice when entering and leaving the hotel.
Nice cleaning service.
Room itself bit small but really big bathroom.
Bit expensive restaurant in the hotel but food was good. No menu for room service possibilities.

The property is gorgeous and full of history and charm. The staff from bell service, valet, guest service, the bar tenders, and our servers in Florence by the water and the Fig Cafe were all excellent. Warm hospitality really makes you feel welcomed.
The bed in our room is in need of of replacing and the furniture could be a little refreshed. The bathroom was gorgeous.

Its location is prime, especially as guests that were there for the WNBA game.
The deposit was nearly as much as the room itself. 278 for a room, 200 for the deposit of the room? Egregious as an establishment that points to a history of inclusivity and access.
