Pésimo hotel

Muy mala atención del personal de recepción Mal educado. Habitación alfombra mojada en la salida del baño. Había una fiesta duro hasta las 2 am el ruido de la música hacia que las ventanas retumbaba con el sonido de la música.

Good location, loud rooms

Location is very central, it is in the downtown LA. You can walk to some of the places from hotel which is good (be careful about some streets though as there are several homeless people). Room size was ok.

There is a night club in the hotel and even from 5th floor you can hear and feel the beat of music. Unbelievably loud music until 2-3am in the morning. Their bathroom setup was also strange. It has glass walls, so from room you can see people who takes a shower, toilet is next to it and it is separated with a curtain. This is not a romance hotel, this much unprivacy is too much. Imagine you go there with a friend (not with a partner)!

O da da ne bir kahve makinesi ne bir su ısıtıcısı yoktu . Temizlik berbatti . Temizlik yapıldığını söylediklerinde odada çöpler boşaltılmamış kirli bardaklar aynen bırakılmış bazı havluların yerine yenisi koyulmamıştı. Bunaldı söylediğimizde ise tarz ve davranış ise hiç profesyonelce değildi. Yani siz olun bu kadar para verince hizmet alacağınızı sanmayın.. berbat anlayacağınız

Los pasillo olían a marihuana al igual que el cuarto. La bañera no tenía ninguna privacidad, si te bañabas, la otra persona en el cuarto te veía. La cama tenía un soporte muy pequeño.

Ek olarak odalar çok ses alıyor, yan odadaki herşeyi duyabiliyorsunuz. Marka değerine göre ortalama hizmet aldık. Yorumum ortalama. Bu ücrete daha iyi yerde konaklayabilirsiniz. Ek olarak otele ait otopark yok ama yanında hemen kullanabileceginiz otopark bulunuyor. Günlük 20 usd, gece de kalacak ise overnight 30 usd olarak aracınızı bırakabilirsiniz.

Nice stay overall, but lacks complimentary items, consistent cleaning service & no smoking option

Extremely comfortable beds and spacious rooms. We also spoke with one of the managers, Hassan, during our stay and he was very very lovely and accommodating. My partner was feeling unwell and he made and brought up a hot tea to help him feel better, going the extra mile on service made the difference! Our hot water stopped working during our stay and the staff were friendly enough to immediately relocate us and help us relocate for another room (bigger than what we originally paid for as complimentary).

The tub in the bathroom was dirty when we arrived, the house cleaning service was inconsistent, on 2 occasions we expected the rooms to be cleaned and they were not - we had also run out of tissues and toilet paper one time and they were not replenished during the cleaning service, so we had to ask for them. There’s also a lack of amenities, I had to ask for a shower cap and there was no kettle, of basic coffee or tea included in the room - everywhere else I’ve stayed usually provides complimentary items like this as a standard. The lack of signs at the front coffee station to say that coffee and tea is not complimentary, makes it confusing. We also would’ve preferred to stay on a non-smoking level, we were not given an option and the air in the halls affected my chronic asthma.

Not recommended to stay here

City center, and clean place

Room was not good. They had a loud DJ at night till 2AM which was hard for us to sleep. The staff were also not helpful. We stayed in the fifth floor and still the floor was vibrating with sound all night. Not worth the money stay at a real hotel

Exceptional!!!

The staff was extremely kind, friendly and helpful. The facility was clean and inviting. The services provided were excellent.

There was really nothing that I didn’t like but I prefer a more traditional bed and lounging furniture in the guest room. The lobby, bar and restaurant furnishings were excellent!

It was right in the city. Staff was friendly and tend to our needs quickly. They even followed up which we appreciate. W

I liked that the was diner and bar downstairs which made it very convenient. The shower was see thru to the bed lol. Very interesting, I wouldn’t recommend booking this room with kids because they will see you naked haha. Other than that I thought it was great.

There was no microwave in the room but apparently you could request it. We just ate out most of the time.

It was a solid stay and I’d do it again

Perfect spot in downtown, Apple Pay also saved my butt because I left my debit card at home so huge ups to you guys for having that on hand and saving me lol

Great staff, mediocre rooms.

Denae's was excellent! Great food, great price, great staff! The hotel staff were great as well.

The beds were small. We didn't realize they were twin beds and not queens. The shower was missing the privacy curtain so we had to shower in our bathing suits. The toilet seat was about to fall off. The light in the bathroom was like out of a horror movie and made strange noises and flickered. There were multiple chunks taken out of the wall. It wasn't terrible but it definitely was not what we expected from a 4 star hotel.

Great rooms but parking is terrible.

Rooms were nice! Lobby as well.

Only parking was expensive valet or parking garage. Parking garage was inhabited by homeless. Car was broken into and has many items of value stolen.

This hotel is paradise in modern times

It was clean, well decorated, room was a great size, located in a good location in the city.

The bathroom didn’t have a tub but it’s compensated by the walk in shower with seating and a city view (love it)

Comfortable

We really enjoyed the hotel facilities, and the restaurant has a great service. All the employees were kind.

The elevators and the rooms AC need to be remodeled or changed, they are/look pretty old.

Convenient hotel

The location was perfect for our needs

We were not keen on the glass wall to the bathroom, a shower curtain across the toilet was not ideal. There seemed to be very little service at the bar later in the evening with limited stock. When we asked for a drink when we got back late from a concert, we were told there was no room service!

Nice restaurant and bar area

Location. Bathroom is completely open so you can see in when using the facilities. Asked reception where the nearest convenience store was and they didn’t know. No hot water on arrival, was not advised during check in or prior to checking in. Staff member took a call when checking us and essentially ignored us.

For the most part the staff was very nice

I liked the hotel and look of the room.

The bed wasn't very comfortable, and the rooms were smaller than expected.
