The food at the center bar was so delicious! The best roast chicken I’ve ever had. Great service too, so kind and attentive
The only problem was a room neighbor with a barking dog late at night, that’s the only problem I can think of

Cleanliness
The amenities were not the best. They could’ve done better. Only one camomile tea bag was put for two people. No slippers and a very tiny little bottle of body moisturizer. The shower gel barely does anything.

I liked location. I liked view. Pool. Staff friendly
I was truly discomforted that breakfast was not included was charged 35 dollars per person and was awful and we had to even wait in line. We booked three people and extra bed we got one bed next we got 2 small beds. I ve never seen bigger ignorance. Toilet in the ground floor was a mess. I think I understand why downtown looks as it looks next time we book hotel in santa monica. downtown is unhappy place.
