Truly lives up to its reputation as one of the finest hotels. All of the staff are friendly and welcoming from the valet to the front desk and to Raven the pool attendant. It’s a pricey stay but you justify it at every moment you’re there. Location to the Broad, Music Center, MOCA, Dataland and Disney Hall is unmatched.

Location, staff and amenities were excellent! Definitely a Conrad fan from this point forward and the view to the concert hall is unbeatable!

Bright clean facilities. Good gym equipment. A nice layout for breakfast room and bar. The rooms are a good size and standard.
Small portions relative to cost, slow service. Coffee doesnt arrive in the lobby until 6.30am. There is booming music from the adjacent property from the afternoon until 10pm or 11pm. The gym needs mroe regular servicing at peak hours
