Location and aesthetics.
It was HOT! not sure if the AC needs to be serviced or if its because its an old building. it was around 95 degrees from Sunday to Tuesday outside and the room could barely get to 76 degrees. ideally I would have preferred 72 degrees. Thankfully the hotel staff was able to provide the room with a fan to help circulate the air. It helped tremendously.

Location was great. Room was clean. Staff was friendly & helped out when requested. Room a/c turned on automatically so the room was always cool.
We did have to pay for public parking. I wish this fact was a bit more obvious when booking, cause the site mostly mentioned valet. The cafe downstairs had hours that fit our schedule.
