Good location, apartments are spacious. View is good with balcony.
Very dirty hotel. No one cleans the lobby. They have so many people staying long term I think. Lot of young people partying. Seemed like they are on state assistance. Showers had no water pressure. No housekeeping unless you stay for 14 days. The parking at $55/day is unreasonable expensive.

Love the vibe and look of the rooms with incredible views
The floors were filthy! The carpet was the dirtiest I have ever encountered and we alerted the staff several times and it was not vacuumed. Very strange truly.

Excellent location in Downtown LA, spacious apartment, and a very nice overall design and atmosphere. We also appreciated the complimentary upgrade to a larger two-bedroom apartment upon arrival. Staff members were always polite and tried to help quickly whenever we contacted them.
Unfortunately, there were several issues during our stay that did not match the standard and price point of the property. The apartment initially had no cookware at all, and after multiple requests we only received a very small and heavily worn frying pan.
The biggest issue was the hot water. Since the first day, we had to run all hot water taps in the apartment for several minutes just to get warm water in the shower, and even then the water quickly became cold again. Although maintenance checked the issue again later, the problem was never actually resolved during our stay.
In addition, the sliding door separating the second bedroom was difficult to use because it did not seem properly aligned.
What was disappointing was not only the issues themselves, but also that after reporting them multiple times, no real solution, follow-up, or accommodation was offered.
