Very convenient location for airport. The property offers rustic elegance, large rooms in pleasant park like surroundings. Staff were helpful, although our wake up call didn’t ring in our room - the man downstairs insisted he’d called our room - thankfully our other alarms did the job.

Beautiful bedroom, lovely setting , nice indoor pool.
All meals and drinks have to be paid for immediately, no charging to the room. Tedious.

Our room didn’t have any hot water in the washbasin . When that was switched on we had a leak under the sink so had a bucket there for the night of our stay. We were not told in advance, but there was a Tv programme being filmed during our stay so we couldn’t make a noise, get to and from our bedroom or use the lift when we wanted to. Our complaint has never been addressed and we have had no contact from the property or any refund even though we made our complaint when we were there 4 weeks ago.
