The hotel was clean, organised and exactly what we were looking for. The location was good and generally quiet and our room was spacious and lovely.
The staff were very good. All very friendly and good with the children. My children in particularly liked Manuel. They still now keep saying how much they miss him. His personality shone every day and he had so much energy.
Reception staff to know where activities are being held so we’re not walking around trying to find entertainment staff to ask.

It was clean, spacious, well managed, comfortable. Wonderful atmosphere. The staff are well trained, very warm and extremely professional.
The dining area was very hot.
We could not get into the room we’d booked as the hotel had double booked it. However, it was only for 2 nights and the hotel compensated us by providing dinner throughout our stay.,

The room is spacious, clean, with all the kitchen hardware (fridge, stove, microwave, toster, coffee maker, utensils). Big balcony, has a built in clothes hanger to dry the clothes. The food for breakfast and dinner was fine, wilth multiple options. The facilities have a supermarket, gym, laundromat, water refill stations, spa (additional charge). Pool area is nicely kept. There are multiple activities for the kids.
If you're traveling without kids, this place is not the best option for you. All the pools are for the kids, deepest pool is 1,10m deep. There are only few activities for the adults. We were displeasured with the room cleaning (there is an option to not clean the room everyday for sustainability, but the only day we asked for cleaning, they simply changed the towels and empty the garbage bins, didn't change the bedsheets, didn't vacuum).

Studio was Clean, staff were very helpful and friendly, facilities were very good, food was good, great quality accommodation and facilities. The welcome pack was a lovely addition to the holiday.
