Lovely staff, comfy bed, great AC in the bedroom and breakfast buffet is fantastic
We had a suite with the jacuzzi bath, be prepared it takes a very long time to fill the bath so you’re probably not going to use it each day, also in this room the toilet itself is just inside a glass door with gaps around the edge , there’s no real seperate bathroom area so you don’t have a lot of privacy from a sound perspective when using the toilet.

Overall, I was quite disappointed with this property. It advertises itself as a four-star hotel, but the rooms were very basic and lacked the comfort you would expect at that standard.
The beds were particularly uncomfortable, with very noisy springs. I mentioned this to reception on two separate occasions, but unfortunately nothing was done to address the issue. There was also black mould in the shower, which was disappointing. On the positive side, the housekeeping staff did an excellent job and the rooms were cleaned thoroughly every day.
We stayed on a half-board basis. While breakfast was very good with a wide variety of options, dinner was disappointing. The menu changed very little from day to day, there were almost no fresh vegetables, and the salad selection was limited and repetitive.
The staff throughout the hotel were consistently friendly and helpful, which was appreciated. However, overall I feel the hotel is overpriced for the quality of the accommodation and dining experience provided.
