Lovely hotel in a great location - easy walk into town but far enough away to not hear the noise! Just across from the beach so you can fit between the pool and the beach! Riona are clean and comfortable with a lovely breakfast - food and setting. Highly recommend

location is amazing; staff are gentle and polite; great pool too; very good breakfast; clean premises and the idea that is directly on the beach!
The bathrooms are not to my liking; they lack total privacy! Also, the acoustics are not that great. The beds are not very comfortable and they could do with a kettle at least.

Very good hotel with very helpful and friendly staff. Location right next to a lovely beach. Excellent breakfast, pool and other facilities. Very comfortable big bed!
Quite a walk into the main area for restaurants and surprised there were no tea / coffee making facilities in the room.

The hotel looks nice and clean. The room we booked was big. It is small hotel, but pleasant for a short stay. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is very touristic but you have all amenities around. Overall the mood is relaxed and calm.
It was impossible to adjust the A/C temperature from within the room. Complained about it and they sent a technician a couple of times, the first time they just turned it off, the second time after we insisted, the technician revisited in our presence and explained to me that I cannot set the temperature I want, only the intensity. As a result, you would freeze if you let the A/C turned on the whole night (did it one night and temperature fell to 21!) or boil from the heat, if you chose to turn it off. This is very bad, each person has different preferences about the temperature in their room and should be able to set the A/C according to it. Also it is very bad for the environment to constantly have the A/C ON.
Second thing that in our opinion was bad is the fact that there is no switch to turn off the lights in the balcony. Called reception the first night to ask about it and they told us it is centrally managed and someone turns of the lights around midnight. Asked them if they could turned it off earlier and they were kind enough to turn it off at 23:00, but the following days the lights turned off after midnight (did not want to complaint again about it). This is annoying if you want to sit and relax in the balcony, not to mention that lights attract mosquitos (the whole are has a few, get your repellent in hand).
Finally, the food: Breakfast was OK, but we were disappointed by the dinner. Not much variety and the quality was below average. We were expecting something better from a 4-star hotel.
