Friendly staff, good location with both old and new towns in Alcudia within walking distance.
Nice room, especially the private pool room.
Spa facilities.
Food wasn’t the best; both buffet and à la carte very hit and miss. Hotel is extremely family-friendly so best to avoid if you don’t have kids or your tolerance for screaming babies isn’t high. Children’s entertainment was very loud until around 10pm each night.
