Location was great. Close to the beach and a short walk to restaurants. The two rooms was a plus in our jr suite
Older property and didn’t live up to photos- we had a suite which was spacious but foul smells from bathroom (smelled like someone peed on the floor) and out of air conditioning unit (smelled like damp / old towels or mold).

The pools and the entertainment team.
Breakfast was also good.
It doesn't make any sense that a four star hotel doesn't clean the rooms everyday. I was completely caught by surprise! The reception explained that rooms weren't cleaned on Wednesdays and on Sundays, however on Monday the room was also not cleaned.
Although warned at reception, the fact that the pool towels are only changed on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays between 10:15 and 12:00 is also a clear minus.
In a glimpse the service is of a regular three star hotel!
