Nestled in Tybee Island, this charming condo for $279 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Free Fun is Included Every Day! To enhance your vacation experience, Tybee Time Vacation Rentals includes Xplorie, which means free admissions and rentals every day of your stay to some of the most popular attractions the area has to offer such as Segway, Kayaking, Dolphin tours, and Bicycle Rentals! A front-row seat to the best sunrise on the coast of Georgia! This condo is perfect for a beach getaway. Just park your car, unpack your bags, and hit the beach! No need to feed the meters! Located mid-island, Tybee Lights offers great beach access away from the crowds of the south end. The 1st floor offers a kitchen, living room/dining area, and a half bath. The bedrooms are upstairs. The master bedroom offers a king-size bed. The 2nd bedroom offers a queen-sized bed. There is a Jack-n-Jill bathroom between the two bedrooms that has a tub/shower combo. The balcony is accessible from the living room and has an unobstructed view of the Atlantic. And the sunrise will take your breath away. There are no barriers between your balcony and your neighbor's balcony. So you can easily have a friendly chat with your neighbors if you would like. The condo sleeps 4 and is fully furnished for your enjoyment! There is one assigned parking space and the 11 guest parking spaces are available on a first-come basis. From the parking lot, you will go up 2 flights of stairs to the entrance of this condo. There are no elevators in this complex. Once inside the condo, the bedrooms are upstairs. So if stairs are a problem for you or someone in your group, this is not the right condo for you. Start enjoying some 'Tybee Time' of your own!

Good location but the property needs significant updating

The view was marvelous. The first of our visit, we could use the balcony. Some vacationers moved in halfway through that were heavy smokers and we could not use the balcony any more. Everything worked well. The bed was comfortable. Would recommend and rent again.

We absolutely LOVED staying at this property and will again & again, if ever back for a visit. STEPS from the beach. Great beach & ocean views from the balcony. Quiet, relaxing, and lower beach traffic than in other areas. The only downside would be the stairs, for someone who might struggle carrying their luggage.

Tybee lights unit has a fantastic location and views off the back balcony. Unfortunately, my wife and I found the unit itself to be in a poor and undesirable condition. Old, outdated furniture/fixtures that are beat up as well as stained and worn out carpet were two of the main issues we had with the rental. If the place gets a makeover, we would possibly return, but certainly not in its current condition.

Immediate answers provided during booking. This along with prompt inquiry by mgmt staff upon arrival assured us we were in good hands. The kitchen was recently updated and was an improvent. You can't beat the view, dolphins graced us with frequent appearances while we relaxed on the deck.

Our second time here, the Tybee Island vibe is so appealing. The management staff maintained contact before, during, and after our staff in a non-intrusive but attentive manner. The kitchen had been updated since our last stay, as had the bathroom cabinets. A new shower head and taller toilet would be appreciated as both are very dated upstairs. The kitchen and laundry area are sufficiently equipt for use. Beds are comfortable and bedroom areas are quite spacious. We had more than enough room to store clothing and really feel "home"

Condo is beach front with perfect, unobstructed views of the dunes, beach & Atlantic! Sunrise is gorgeous from the deck! Out the front door, down the exterior stairs, around the corner, cross the dunes & you are on the beach in a flash! Condo is clean. Kitchen is updated & well stocked. Laundry area is handy. Bedrooms are large, beds very comfy & shared bath updated. Mid island location is perfect! Property manager was extremely responsive & great to work with! Thanks for a great spur of the moment get beach away! We'll be back!!!

Fantastic location just steps from the beach!
I'm giving two thumbs up on this very convenient condo. There are bars and restaurants within walking distance, parking is right in front of the unit, and the kitchen had everything we needed for the times that we opted to cook at home. The beach wasn't overcrowded (even for the 4th of July), and access to/from Savannah was a breeze. Highly reccommended!

The condo is in a great location. Property management were awesome to deal with. Views amazing. Starfish were everywhere on the beach. Loved that it had a washing machine and dryer. The only con was there no shade from the sun sitting on the deck. Other than that, I would definitely stay here again.

Tybee Island Stay in June
Hello,
Location, Location, Location! This was a Great central location for us. It is approx. 1 & 1/2 miles from South Beach (very busy) and about 1 mile from North Beach (very peaceful). The sand was soft and not too many shells, that sometimes make it difficult to walk. The condo itself was clean and the bed was comfortable. It did show some wear in some places but the location made up for it. We enjoyed our stay.

Stayed as a retirement getaway. The views of the Atlantic Ocean were spectacular. The property management responded to any issues promptly and professionally. While the two bedroom condo was rather dated, it was clean and served our purpose well.

The condo was clean and comfortable, within 100 steps to the beach access. Count on going up and down the stairs to access the unit, but that’s clear in the owner’s listing. The rooms and furnishing were clean and in good working order, and the size was just right for 2 adults and a teenager.

The location of Tybee Time is fantastic. The view from the deck is marvelous. We could not be more pleased with the location.
We must point out that the complex was undergoing major construction during our visit. This was not shared with us until very shortly before our arrival when we learned that our parking slot was housing a dumpster and we would need to utilize overflow parking. The fencing enclosing the first-floor units was gone, there was a portable toilet in the parking lot and part of the complex was getting new siding and new decks. Not a huge inconvenience but this should have been communicated with us.
All of the amenities listed on the website were delivered. However, overall this unit is dated and definitely showing signs of age.
The kitchen boasted a new refrigerator with an ice maker was was a welcome feature but had a stove which only had two of four burners working. The range hood light did not work, and it was extremely greasy. One of the fluorescent light fixtures in the kitchen was missing it’s cover so it was bare bulbs.
The living room/dining room did have a rather charming mural painted on the wall, but it was peeling and the screws holding the frame are rusted. The sliding glass door to the deck does not latch and one must use an old plastic and metal mop handle to secure the door. (Tacky) The first-floor powder room has peeling and discolored wallpaper.
The baseboards going up the stairs was thick with dust. The bedroom was as shown and the bed very comfortable. In the upstairs bath every paintable surface has been repainted many, many times. Both bathrooms have rust stained sinks.
Would not stay in this unit again.

Awesome location
Loved the sunrise views from the deck. It was very conveniently located mid Town. We were warned about the stairs and parking situations, not a big issue.
But the property itself needs major upgrades. If not the upgrades then a nice deep deep cleaning will help a big time.
