Beautiful resort in a jungle. Friendly and helpful personnel, esp. in the reception of our building Nr. 20 and also frequent service on the beach. Breakfast and lunch in a terrace building with sea view. Great mexican food. Solid gym. Proximity to the Xcaret Park (3 min on foot).
Wifi reception on the beach was terrible, had to buy an E-sim.
Sand beach needs more frequent cleaning.

The staff/ concierge was friendly, patient, helpful, and knowledgeable to accommodate so our stay is comfortable and also help arrange our activities.
The first day once arriving, was a little overwhelming with some staff trying to talk into talk into a package when we just wanted to relax and unwind. Afterwards, the stay was smooth.
