Hotel au calme à proximité de Palma.

Hotel placé dans 1 quartier agréable et calme de Palma. Chambre Avec 1 vue magnifique sur la mer et le port Lits confortables, petits dejeuners copieux,jolie et grande piscine. Accès simple pour aller en bus,(1/2h) 2 €/ personne Parking sur place,(10€/nuit) Excellent rapport qualité prix

Not worth the money.

I liked the pool and the breakfast was okayz As well as the view from my terrace was stunning.

The people that were working on the reception didn't know English very well so even though they we're trying to help us it was not much helpful. So anyway we had to organize everything by ourselves. Second thing is that I got confused and I thought that we had one more day there but we didn't and I went to reception to reserve the room for one more day and they said I have to do it by the site they have and it was 900€ for a night?!? I mean it is toootally not worth it ans we had to pack our luggage for like 10-15 minutes and find a new accommodation in 5 minutes. Luckily we did. Ah and yes I paid 2k € and the rooms didn't have fridge,like how on Earth should that be something extra? Cooling your water on this crazy temperatures is nothing extra.

Superb

The personnel was great and very helpful, quite a pleasure to interact with them. The pool was a very nice addition and 10mins walk from the beach.

The rooms were a bit small and furniture was quite outdated.

Exceptional

The view is amazing, the balcony is spacious and as its facing southeast you get sunshine all day. Same for the pool. There are lots of sun beds, they provide towel, some music is played at the bar. The staff is helpful and nice, the guests were quiet and no families at the time of our stay. The area is nice, the main street is in walking distance with plenty of shops and restaurants, feels as local just as much as touristy, a good atmosphere.

The hotel is a bit far from the airport. The taxi costs around 35eur one way, the public transport (bus) is very cheap but takes over an hour with one transfer in Palma - you can buy ticket on the bus with only cash.

Pleasant room in great location.

Location was brilliant, close walking distance to beach and has tonnes of restaurants, bars, shops etc around. There was a lot to see and visit around the town on foot. Plus there are bus stops all around, easy to use and cheap so great to get even further around and do even more sightseeing which is what we came for. Hotel itself was great, good facilities, pleasant staff, room has all the basics. The sea view from our balcony was beautiful!

Breakfast wasn’t nice. Also.. not exactly the hotels fault but someone died outside (fell from balcony??) and his body was lay on the floor for a while without being covered, me and all the neighbouring rooms had to witness this unwillingly as he was in our view in front of our balconies. Hotel staff didn’t mention anything and left people to unexpectedly see. I would have expected to have our rooms called and be informed not to go out onto the balcony for the present time until the body had been covered and taken by the ambulance maybe?

Relaxing holiday in a friendly environment.

Plenty of choice at breakfast and friendly staff. Very clean bedroom and in all areas. Easy to travel into Palma and plenty of local restaurants.

Not always easy to know when the bar was open in the hotel.

Definatelly the finest part of this hotel is the pool garden which is large, really nice, with a great view and almost empty.

The hotel is very basic. My room had no fridge nor an electric kettle to make myself a morning coffee. The rooms with the view to the hills are really tiny.

It was ok but wouldn’t stay again.

Staff were very friendly and helpful with great English. Beds were very comfortable too.

the “air con” in the room was basically a fan. The air was cool at best and after midnight for some reason it would switch to hot air and had to be turned off. Had to have the balcony door open most nights because of the heat which was noisy, so disturbed sleep every night.

Breakfast service needs more staff

Location and pool area. Room and general hotel was cosy and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and professional.

The breakfast service was a shambles because management only have one staff member turning around tables. This one staff member is not able to keep up with demand and in turn is stressed trying to assist everyone. It's clearly not the staff members fault as service flow and delivery is decided by management. Because of this I did not enjoy my breakfast or the dining experience in this hotel.

Good restaurant and location but terrible room (cleaning) service

The breakfast and dinner service is pretty good. There's a good variety of food, and the staff is super friendly at the restaurant. The price charged for it is a very good deal. The view towards the sea is great! The location is perfect! You can go walking to Cala Major Beach and there are bus stops nearby if you want to go to the city center. There are also many restaurants nearby.

The room cleaning service needs to be improved a lot! The day I arrived the bed sheets weren't clean. A previous guest had been there and they didn't replace the bed sheets. It was already late and I was tired from the flight, so I left to complain the day after. The day after I complained and asked for changing the bed sheets at the reception and they told me they would be replaced, the receptionist was friendly and helpful. But to my surprise, the cleaning staff just made the beds again, without replacing the bed sheets as I asked (even being visibly dirty). I had to throw them on the floor to be replaced the daya after. So, two days of sleeping on the bed covered with towels. Was it a problem with the cleaning staff or just the receptionist who didn't tell them to replace the sheets? I don't know, but they were visibly dirty, which means another guest was there before us and they didn't care about replacing the bed sheets with clean ones, and this is just unacceptable!

The view is 100% like the photos. The people that works are all smiling 😃 and very helping. The area spot San agusti is good walling few stairs you can go to super market and in 2 good beaches ⛱️. I would definitely go again some day.

They charge extra the refrigerator and the parking. Has no double beds.

Nice stay but missing fridge in room.

Nice view from balcony (sea view). Good breakfast. Friendly and helpfull staff.

Really missing a fridge in the room! Sometimes long waiting at the bar as bartender was not at bar. A can of coke 3€ in the vending machine - no glass and no ice!

Overall very good

Meals were excellent and staff were always helpful.

Air conditioning in my room could have been stronger / better. Having to pay for drinks at dinner was a surprise.

The pool and the view. Staff were available and nice. Price was good.

The stairs to walk up to from the busy area. The hotel could be upgraded and renovated with more modern furniture. Breakfast was just okay.
