Very good

Very small nice hotel.just 7 Rooms. Excellent location. Good value for money. Helpful one man staff. Secure clean and calm.

Not good for elderly people since there is stair to get to the elevator. Not too much just a nice sleep .

Exceptional hotel!

The hotel is in an amazing location - very close to the tram, restaurants everywhere, St. Sophia is on 10 minute walk, the Cisterns, everything is close. Galata bridge and Sirkesi very close, Galata tower on 20 minutes by foot. The hotel service is outstanding! Very kind and helpful! Exceptional cleaning service. They even brought a cake for my wife's birthday! I will definitely go there again and I very much recommend it to everyone.

I really needed a few more days there :)

The Hotel Manager, Aslan was extremely helpful in making sure our stay in the hotel was comfortable.

Hotel very well located in the famous Sultanahmet district. Close to historical monuments, tram and train station. The rooms are spacious and clean. Delicious breakfast. Special thanks to hotel staff (Aslan, Sherin).

A great value for money we paid. Great location and above all great great staff. We had a personal issue and got a help from Aslan and really he treat it like it is his own problem. So at a time I was thinking maybe he is the owner of the hotel and was just replacing a missed shift, if not he should be one of the best employee that can be found.

The stay was very wonderful, the room is tidy and clean, spacious and the bathroom also, it was the window of the room with a great view of the city and the sea, its location is excellent close to everything, and the employee Sherine was very nice with us, every time I asked him for help he responded immediately, he was very interested in us. Next time when we visit Istanbul we will definitely book again in this hotel... Thanks for all shirin With we love Bilal & Rawan

Great hotel, great staff!

Everything!!! The rooms were really big, the bathroom was modern and large, we had a beautiful view of the sea, there was a nice Turkish breakfast that was delivered to our room daily, and most of all the staff were all really helpful. I don’t think I have ever felt so well cared for in a hotel! We have traveled a lot, and the staff here was the best ever! They organized Covid tests the day before we left, and someone even came to our room to do them. We had the results texted to us in the morning and printed out to take with us. Our flight was really late and they organized transfers to the airport and made it possible for us to stay in our room until we left. If I could rate Nea Suites higher than a 10 I would. I will recommend them to anyone visiting Istanbul.

A geat hotel

I already have been 5 times in Istanbul and this is the best hotel I’ve stayed. The rooms are just like the pictures. There is no false information about them. They are very beautiful and clean and the cleaning service is daily. But the most precious thing in this hotel is the staff. The kindness of the people in the reception really amazed me. I have never seen in the years I am traveling, more kind and willing to help reception staff. I especially want to thank Aslan who gave solution in my every problem. I think he deserves a golden star. Thank you Nea Suites Old City Hotel for this grate experience. God bless you all.

Everything was perfect. Arslan and other college were so good. I didn't met in my vacation such a lovely people. So helpfull always positive and happy. The room was very good and the view amazing. We had the rooftop suite with balcony. Everyday room was cleaned. Next time i will come back in this hotel. I wish them all good luck.

Superb

The location is superb. The rooms are spacey neat and well decorated. The bathroom has an artistic touch and you have the whole floor so you don’t have to worry about any noise coming from you or from the others and above all they have very friendly hospital staff specially Aslan

The building is literally about two meters away from the metro lines though the hotel hase good sound proof system you have to be carful when you are going out from the hotel’s outside door
