Great choice for breakfast either cooked or continental.
Dinner menu was very good.
Our room was very big with comfortable chairs.

Beautiful location and friendly staff. Excellent food and comfortable lounges.
Older buildings always can do with a few updates and bathroom plumbing was hard to figure out.

Location. Local walks.
The bedroom could have been better: with the refreshment tray you'd expect to get herbal teas & biscuits (walkers shortbread?). The tv was v. small, the shower could have been better.
There could have been a couple of 'healthy' options on the evening meal menu, for example a Spring salad, a chicken dish etc
