Located in Leavenworth, this lovely condo for $175 per night is a great option for your next trip. Welcome to our own "Bavarian Paradise" vacation home located on the ground floor. A peaceful retreat away from the loud downtown noise where you can relax in our 3 bedroom 2 bath home away from home. We have a beautiful electric fireplace that provides heat and wonderful ambiance or relax and lounge on the covered porch and patio. Located in a very ideal quiet spot at Alpine Village so you can walk across the street to the Adventure Park, walk to the Bavarian Village or to the waterfront park. It is next door to the 18- hole golf course Decorated with a beautiful new granite countertop, sink and stove, this fully equipped kitchen has a microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender and coffee maker. The furnishings include 3 comfy queen beds and 2 bathrooms with showers, one is a tub/shower combo. Relax and watch the smart TV with basic cable, login to your streaming apps or use Blue Ray DVD in front of the new electric fireplace. Condo is equipped with a selection of Dvd’s. Included is high speed Wifi. There is an air conditioner and ceiling fans in all bedrooms and living room plus a washer and dryer for your longer stays. Laundry soap, dish soap, hand soap and body wash along with towels and linens are provided. Extra towels are under sinks. Hair dryer included with Iron and Ironing board. A marked personal covered parking space is on the end with extra parking available in the parking lot and in the cul-de-sac for guests is included, or you can come by train and Leavenworth Shuttle/Taxi service and bring your bikes! Come and see for yourself what a wonderful relaxing place this is! Enjoy all the many activities that are available in this area including hiking, tubing, sleigh rides, skiing, Christmas Lighting, Wine Tours, horseback rides, the Outdoor Theater or shopping. The year round is filled with activities to enjoy.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was very convenient to Leavenworth, and we ended up walking into town on the snowy Saturday to not worry about parking or driving in the snow. The size was comfortable for 4 adults and we had access to everything we needed. The hosts were even understanding about us being a bit late getting out when we had to shovel the cars out of the snow to finish loading them up.

This was our 5th year going to Leavenworth the weekend before Christmas. No place better to get you into the Christmas spirit. Came across these condos 3 years back while looking for places to stay within easy walking distance to town and with all the convenience of being at home.

Property was clean and beds were pretty comfortable. We've stayed at other properties that had a few more amenities, such as shampoo/conditioner etc. There was a broken window but we didn't need to use it so it didn't really affect us. I would prefer to see throw pillows with removable covers so you can at least assume they're being washed. But, it was quiet, within reasonable walking distance of downtown and met our needs.

Condo was great for my stay with my elderly parents and sister. First floor was the perfect choice for my parents and access with easy peasy. Condo was well appointed and we had everything we needed. Would definitely return!

The night before leaving for our trip owner notified us that we can no longer stay. We were told hot water heater broke. I understand that this kind of stuff happens. It was nearly impossible to find a new place to rent as it was the busy summer months and we were leaving the next morning. Owner reimbursed our money. Thanks

Walkable to town, plenty of space for relaxing, decent kitchen/eating area if you want to cook. There was a water heater leak so we had to move to the other bedroom, which was really not anyone's fault, but they credited us $100 which was very thoughtful.

Fully functional apartment close to town, right across from the coaster! Parking 20’ from front door - right on icecicle creek and adjacent to the golf course. Super comfortable and quiet - 5stars!

The unit had several small things that did not work, like the bathroom ceiling fan, but the biggest issue was NO HOT WATER. We came back from a full day of hiking, looking forward to a hot shower and going out to dinner. There was no hot water, we all had to take cold, navy showers. We found the hot water tank and it looked like you needed to turn on a valve. We received no instructions about this. We thought we had it resolved, but the next day, still no hot water. Called Tanna/Ken three times but no response. Completely unacceptable.

We so enjoyed this clean and comfortable condo. It was just barely outside of town which gave us quiet but close enough that a 15-20 minute stroll brought us to the heart of downtown Leavenworth. Check in/check out was easy and communication with the owner was quick and pleasant as well! We would stay again!

We had a very nice stay at this location. Walking distance from both downtown and the local parks, very comfortable interior, and a nice kitchen ready to go. I would have appreciated a response as I had left a vm with host regarding a very minor kitchen issue. Anyhow, folks are busy these days and I am sure I will hear someting soon. Overall, a great stay in a great place. Enjoy!

We had a wonderful time at this condo, the rooms and living room were comfortable and the kitchen meant we could cook and not rely on restaurants. It snowed the whole time and was within walking distance of downtown Leavenworth. It was overall a great stay.

Nice 2 bedroom condo. This condo is small and feels a little dated. We had family staying in another condo nearby and for the same price their space was larger and upscale. This condo was clean and nice, but for the price I was expecting it to be a little nicer.

The condo looks small in the pictures, so we were surprised it was more spacious for 4 persons! It was clean and close to town. I would love to stay in this condo next time we go back to Leavenworth.

Please rethink the floor cleaner. It was so strong we had to put the mop outside and air out the front room and kitchen. The floor cleaner also left the floor tacky. That was the only issue with the property.

The condo is exactly as it's described. It was perfect for my adult son and I. The property is so well manicured including the drive/parking despite 3 ft of snow already on the ground. We will definitely return! It's not exactly walking distance to the village especially in the snow but it is walking distance to the local bus stop to avoid parking headaches.

Our stay at the property was very nice. The condo was exceptionally clean and well cared for. But what I didn't care so much for was the lack of call ommunication I received prior to our stay. I sent a couple of emails, but did not receive any response. Finally on the day of our arrival and after locking ourselves out of the condo in 22 degree weather was when we had contact with the owner. Only after VRBO was able to get in touch with the owner and then I received a phone call on how to get in to the condo.

This was the best VRBO I've ever stayed in. It was super clean, comfortable, warm, and efficient. Everything we needed was available. Even though we were without water one full day, it didn't matter. We were okay and the two guys that worked on it very hard, managed to fix it as promised.

This 2 bedroom 2 bath condo was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Although we did very little cooking during our stay, the kitchen was well equipped. As senior citizens we appreciated the convenient parking and access to the condo. We would definitely stay again.
