About this condo rental
Located in Ocean City, this attractive condo for $55 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Beautiful Studio Condo, Ocean Block, 50 Paces to the Sand Dunes, Full Kitchen & Bath, Spacious Living/Dining Area, Private Balcony & Parking, Amazing Amenities (Paper Products, Soaps/Detergents, Free Use of Beach Chairs/Umbrellas/Toys) & Linens. UNIT 9 is beautifully decorated in a nautical theme and is located on the 2nd level, up 2 flights of stairs. There is a full, well-stocked kitchen, bathroom with tub/shower, sleeping area with Queen bed, living/dining area with white wood furniture, a queen sleep sofa with memory foam mattress, large-screen TV, Hi-speed WIFI, stacked washer/dryer, Berber carpet, ceiling fan, recessed lighting, and coordinated black-out drapes that open to a private balcony. There is 1 assigned, uncovered parking space on the south side of the building, a separate HVAC system, as well as contactless-secure keyless entry. NO SMOKING/VAPING and NO PETS. WHAT SEPARATES US FROM OTHER CONDOS - OUR GREAT LOCATION, GREAT AMENITIES, AND OUR GREAT SERVICE! GREAT LOCATION - Dominica Beach is located oceanside, between 41st and 40th streets - just one building back from oceanfront. Enjoy a low-density beach as there are no hotels on our block. Lifeguards are on duty from Memorial weekend in May to the 3rd weekend after Labor Day in September. It's just a short walk to the Convention Center, great restaurants, night clubs, mini-golf, stores, shops, Jolly Rogers amusement/water park, and the famous Boardwalk. Also, OC offers great bus service and bike rentals! GREAT AMENITIES include a complementary beach tote upon your arrival filled with your bed linens and towels. The kitchen is fully stocked with dinnerware, flatware, glassware, cookware, coffee makers, toaster and blender. Inside the condo you will find paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, plastic wrap, aluminum foil, and a new sponge on the sink. In the cabinet above the microwave, are K-cups/coffee, filters, sweeteners, creamer, cooking oil, salt/pepper. We also provide dish & dishwasher detergent, hand soap & bath bar, as well as laundry detergent & fabric softener. On the ground level, you have access to several locked storage units where you will find a large supply of beach items (chairs, umbrellas, toys, carts, coolers), games, books/magazines, baby items (strollers, highchairs, booster seats, pack-n-plays, pads), and a shared area for personal items/bikes, as well as a first-aid kit. There is an outside shower to rinse off the sand. We provide all bedding (mattress pads, blankets, quilts/comforters, pillows) that are changed regularly. All mattresses and pillows are encased in a protective covering. Each condo has one assigned parking space. Additional, free parking is available on 41st Street and at the Convention Center for extra or over-sized vehicles and before/after check-in and out. GREAT SERVICE - We are a family owned and operated small business for 11 condos at Dominica Beach, each with its own unique style. When you book with us, you are dealing directly with us, not a management company or corporate giant. We pride ourselves on the four C's: good communication, cleanliness, comfort and convenience. We are frequently on site, but if not, we are available via phone, text and email. Our cleaning staff is local and uses CDC-recommended standards for disinfecting in all of our cleaning protocols, including replacing linens, towels, bath rugs, and blankets. They also tend to the laundry room, beach and baby items. We strive to make your stay as comfortable as possible with memory-foam mattresses on the sleep sofas, and high-quality mattresses (Puffy, Casper, Saatva, Stearns & Foster). And what could be more convenient than not having to load your car with beach chairs, umbrellas or toys, when you can walk downstairs and select what you need; or being able to get to a bathroom quickly from the beach; or leaving your sheets/blankets/towels for the cleaning staff, and doing some last-minute shopping, rather than spending hours doing laundry? Come--stay with us - relax, have fun, and enjoy all that Ocean City has to offer! PLEASE NOTE: We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25. We strictly enforce Ocean City's Noise Ordinance.

Owners added great touches that really seperate it from a basic hotel efficiency, including use of beach gear, including kurig and k-cups, having some paper plates and plastic cups. Best location in OC and steps from the beach. Will definitely return for another weekend get away.

Place was nice but I guess I'm used to the competition, not close to the ammenties of them. We tried VRBO because of how liberal they have become as a company. WE may be going back! Bed was absolutely horrible, uncomfortable, cheap mattress and bed squeaked like nothing I've ever slept on. And having to make our own bed was a little different. Mattress cover was duct taped over a tear. Water pressure was terrible for showering. This place has great potential, just needs a new bed and mattress and something done about the shower. Oh and maybe kitchen ammenties like spices and laundry pods. Had dryer sheets but no detergent.

This was a great property and location to stay at. It’s a nice short walk to the beach my 4 and 6 year old made the walk easily. The place was nice and clean. There was enough space for the 4 of us. The property manager stayed in contact throughout our stay. There were working in some appliances in the unit when we were there and let us know ahead of time.

The location was great right across the street from the convention street and not a far drive or even walk to some of the best locations in town such as fishtails or jolly Rogers! The beach is seconds away although there is no ocean view it was 10 steps away from the beach which made it easy when waiting to go back to use the bathroom or to grab something to eat! I had to ask the owners a question before booking the place and they were so kind and responded quickly! This condo is a great place for a couple looking for a little getaway! Great property!

Convenient and clean
This condo is conveniently located to the beach and has a storage room full of beach supplies that was very useful. Upon arrival it was pretty clean but I was a little surprised that our balcony was facing an apartment building with large windows so it wasn’t t really private or a desirable place to sit with no view and all eyes on you while out there. I will say that the ad did not list an oceanfront view. So, fair enough.
Overall I would recommend this to other guests and would stay again but I would stay in one of the units on the end of the building for view purposes. 4 out of 5 stars:

The condo was very cute and cozy. Very clean upon arrival and the location was perfect. Beach was literally right there and nothing far from major attractions.

I was a little surprised we had to make the bed, but not really an issue. The insulated welcome bag to keep was a nice touch and came in handy bringing cold beverages to the beach! We’re enjoyed our stay so much we wanted to extend it another night, but understandably the property was already booked that day. We would definitely stay again.

The place was clean and with all the amenities as advertised. The condo is just a few steps away from the beach and a very short drive to stores, restaurants and other entertainment activities like minigolf, parks and the boardwalk. I would recommend it for couples that want to relax or small families.

OC vacay
We had an amazing time in OC. I was in a friend’s wedding so the whole family made a trip out of it. The owner was very nice and answered all my questions quickly and honestly. The only downside was being a little further from some of the good food places.
