Would not stay here again. It was disgusting.

The property was filthy. Absolutely disgusting. There was no staff available to help us.

less than ideal. though we didn’t see any bugs, so that was a plus.

The location would be the only upside to this property.

very unclean. all the linens were stained. walls had food spills on them. funny smell inside. beds were very uncomfortable and outdated. pullout bed was u unusable ( sunk in the middle).

cheaper price but get what you pay for.

location and the beds were good

cleanliness, food was left from previous guest on top of fridge. Floors could have been cleaned and tub could be cleaner. Dust was on all shelves and flat surfaces.

Nice cozy place to stay!

I liked the location. Out on the balcony you could see the river and it was decorated for Christmas on the other side. I liked the size of the condo and the living room furniture. Very nice and homey feeling.

The water in the shower was very slow took forever to take a decent shower. My bedspread was coming apart at the bottom with the filling coming out. Looked liked the floor had not been vacuumed upon arrival.

not a pleasant experience

location is great

WiFi did not work, heat in living room was not warm, outlets in master bedroom don’t work so our phones and electronics could not be charged in the room, no remote to tv in master bedroom, gummies and a balloon under spare bed. We had to use our hotspot on our phones to even watch some tv and use our electronics. This will cost us a lot of money on our phone plan.

We enjoyed being with our son, daughter in law and grandson.

Close to the main drag in Pigeon Forge.

Could have been cleaner, floors, couches, drapes, mirrors, either stained or just dirty. I have pictures of everything to back up what I am saying. I rented Paradise, but ended up with River Retreat. Thank goodness the sheets were clean, towels were all stained. Refrigerator needs work, leaks onto the first shelf, froze some of our food that was on the first shelf. Place did not look like it had been dusted on the back of chairs, crumbs, the coffee table really needs to be cleaned, glass top and dirt all underneath the glasses. Furniture needs to be repaired or new. In some place the living drapes were just barely hanging on the rod.

This is not what is pictured. we could not even stay in this place. Had to book another place.

My stay in the apartment was good. The cleaning charge should be reduced.

The location was great.

The outside balcony could of been cleaned better. There was a lot of spiderwebs.

Great time and location, plenty of room,clean but dated.

great location!!! plenty of room for all of us. a little dated as far as style but was clean.

could use a little TLC and an update. was not a fan of all the exposed cords just hanging from the TVs. the back bed could use a new mattress. name of the WiFi network in the information about the place was difficult to find due to multiple ones called river place guest.

No washer ad dryer as pictured no locking exterior doors no linens the place was dirty -PANTIES from previous renter left under our bed! Rails so small a child fits through them on the 3rd floor!

Pictures on site are not the same apartment. Bait and switch. Apartment is very run-down. Air in living room and master bedroom doesn't work. Couldn't adjust shower in one of the bathrooms. Bath tub and shower curtain in master bathroom was nasty. Several tiles were missing on balcony. We were on 6th floor and elevator was down the entire time. When I contacted vacasa to complain I was told that was not the first time she had been told that the pictures on Booking.com don't match the actual apartment. The only thing they could offer was moving us to another rental that was not convenient to main strip. If I wanted to choose a spot that was out of town I could have done that on my own. Will never rent through this company again.

Thought we got scamed.

The location.

Had the code, but wasn't given a room # in any of my emails. Had to go to a completely different hotel for them to help us out. The manager of the condos was extremely rude. Well never go there again!

Trashiest place

We didn't like anything about it. Still trying to get a refund. The place was a pig style when we got there.no cleaning had been done. I have sent pictures to the local management team and haven't heard anything back from them

Location

The wallpaper was coming off it was outdated. The bed frame was not connected to bed. The one shower knob did not work it was either scolding hot or freezing and that was my mother in laws room who is 86 and my son had his legs blown off in a work explosion only accessible shower. The tiles were broken and coming off on patio. The air conditioning kept shutting off on error in the living room and the only working one was in my mother inlet was room and she would freeze to death. The counters in kitchen were not clean. After we cleaned before we left it was cleaner and paid alot for supposed professional cleaning. Really need a partial refund would never book again, unless I get compensated and will update would never recommend right now the cleaning fees were and taxes were more than stay rediculous

The time out and about tired us out enough to overlook the surroundings.

Location was great and the amount of space was good.

There were areas of the place not so clean. Sofas and seats were stained. Curtains would not close all the way.

Nice, could've been better.

The rooms were great and the location was great. Very easy to order food and groceries.

Staff could've been nicer. Cleaning crew was late. Couldn't check into our room early at all and had to sit outside with all of our bags and dead phones with no vehicle for at least three and a half to four hours.

It was not stocked with enough towels for everyone. Soap dispensers were not working in bathroom. No broom to sweep up messes.

I booked 2 rooms rm 602 was very nice and modern. Rm 202 was from the 1970s the rooms were outdated dark and gloomy. Beds covers were outdated as well. Rm 202 needs to be condemned and you guys need to be ashamed of yourself renting out that room. I’m sure you would live there so WHY would you allow people to stay there!!!!!!!
