will never go back...the rug in the room was filthy

I could not get into my room. it was beyond annoying. Someone else paid for my stay as it was work related. Our photos did not match so I could not stay there. a very young helpful man named Ronen had to persuade the management to let me stay. without him I was not able to stay. how very annoying

Nice modern apartments, well located, fully equipped

The building and the apartment are nice and modern.

There is no staff onsite. Everything has to be sorted via the Sonder website or app. Which seems like a good idea, but it felt a lot less convenient than a normal hotel or serviced apartment. You need to do the checkin online in advance the day (send photos of your passport, fill in a form. etc), when we needed to find out where to park, we had to wait for someone to answer via the app (which is fast, but not real time), so we ended up leaving the car in a public parking. No big deal, but in general, felt less convenient than what I expect for the price.

The location was great, very walkable, there’s a grocery store and a shopper drug mart right downstairs. It’s just a 10 min walk to the transit. The unit had everything we needed.

We have to take 3 different elevators from the parking lot to get to building B, it seems like the air conditioning in the room was motion sensor so at night during sleep it didn’t turn on so we were freezing cold. It space is extremely small but it was ok

My stay was perfect nothing went wrong

The location was perfect everything was close to the place (bus, tramway, subway...). Restaurants and convenience store are also right next to the hotel which is really useful. You also have a view to the CN Tower

Ótimo mini-apartamento, perfeito para casal ou até mesmo com um filho.

Excelente localização, com ponto do street car em frente e opções de mercado e comida na mesma quadra. Quarto espaçoso e confortável, com sala e cozinha bem equipadas. Excelente estadia.

Great alternative to a hotel room.

The Sonder we stayed at in Toronto was a great alternative to a hotel, and I felt more secure with the Sonder booking than I would have with an Airbnb. It was a bright spacious condo (for 2), and the extra bathroom was a plus. Though we didn't use the balcony, it would be great for warm summer nights.

The condo did not have extra bedding (which was deliberate as there was a washer/dryer in the unit), and because the space had a lot of windows, it was airy and cool, even with the heat turned up. For winter bookings, I would suggest some extra bedding and perhaps a throw blanket or two for the couch.

Aufenthalt war insgesamt ganz okay.

Großes und komfortables Zimmer mit toller Aussicht auf den CN Tower.

Leider nicht so zentral, man braucht über eine halbe Stunde um mit der Tram in die Innenstadt zu kommen. Die Parkplätze in der Garage sind zu teuer. Den Eingang zum Hotel zu finden war am Abend nicht so einfach, vor allem weil kein Personal vorhanden war. Sehr umständlich zum Hotelzimmer zu kommen, es fühlt sich wie ein Labyrinth an. Mehrmals die Fahrstühle wechseln um vom einen Teil des Gebäudes in den nächsten zu kommen.

Good base for urban exploring / work

We stayed twice over a ten day period. The first suite was not very clean but via the app a clean was quickly arranged and the standard was much improved. The left luggage facility was extremely useful. The in-app response time to questions / concerns was good. Well equipped suite, with excellent laundry

Cleanliness needs some attention. In the second suite there were crumbs in the fridge and stains down the front of the dishwasher - but it was cleaner than the first one. The dishwasher didn’t seem to work in the second suite. Some storage drawers would be helpful - not everything can be hung.

Todo bien, excepto la cama

La limpieza, que contaba con todo lo necesario y más para la estancia… se agradece enormemente la lavadora y secadora. El barrio donde está ubicado contaba con supermercados, farmacia , Mac Donald y locomoción al cruzar la calle.

La cama era demasiado dura al paso de días se sentía demasiada la incomodad.

Definitivamente no cumplió mis expectativas

La ubicación es excelente. Hay transporte público a las afueras del edificio.

Fueron muchas cosas: Primeramente no respetaron el precio de la habitación que maneja la aplicación. Luego, se les hizo la indicación de que la hora de arribo sería a las 8:00 a.m., ello con la finalidad de que tuvieran la habitación disponible (pagando el cargo extra que ello conllevara); sin embargo, hasta las 4:00 p.m. pudimos disponer de ella (fueron muchas horas de espera en la recepción sin ser atendidas). Adicionalmente al cobro de la habitación, en automático hacen un cargo de un depósito que no estaba previsto. La habitación estaba limpia, hasta que hicimos uso de los utensilios de cocina, los cuales, estaban muy sucios. La estufa tenía cochambre (por lo que ya no quise utilizarla). El baño, aunque estaba muy bien equipado, en el primer uso de la regadera todo se encharcó por problemas de fuga. No hay interacción física con personal del establecimiento, porque todo es a través de un chat, que por cierto, cuando quieren te contestan y cuando no, te dejan horas sin respuesta (y eso que está disponible los 7 días, las 24 horas).

Walking distance to work

Photos when booking were very deceiving compared to the actual unit. The room was super small, could barely move around and the bed and pillows were uncomfortable. Unit was also dirty, was obviously the floors are not cleaned after every use and stains all over the walls. I would not stay again or recommend the place to a coworker.

Très beau, propre, bien situé, bien mieux qu’une chambre d’hôtel Luxe en terme de confort

Pour ceux qui veulent une place de parking, il faut payer et c’est assez cher (presque 150$ de plus pour 2 nuits). Beaucoup trop de messages/emails reçus avec parfois des infos contradictoires donc compliqué de s’y retrouver…

Ok- aber nicht unkompliziert!

Design und Küche. Lage neben Supermarkt und ein paar kleinen Lieferdiensten.

Schwieriger Zugang, 2 Stühle bei 4 Personen, einer hat gewackelt. Das eine Zimmer ist zu klein- man kommt nicht auf die andere Bettseite. Deckenlicht wäre gut bei Bad und Schlafzimmer. Etwas lauter durch Bauarbeiten und leider sehr viel Licht durch die Flure- trotz Verdunklung nicht dunkel.

Great location and space

Location was great, condo was perfect with a great outdoor balcony. Grocery store right below.

It was hard Trying to figure out the directions to where you have to go to get your key fob and then trying to figure out how to get the key fob. There were a lot of directions but I feel like some key elements were missing from those directions

Excellent facilities, just missing the five star touch.

the location is great, near conveniences and transport. The facilities (laundry, kitchen, etc) inside the apartment are excellent. the Gym in the building is also excellent. Better than a hotel!

They skimped on toiletries. Tiny tubes of shampoo, one tiny soap, no conditioner, no body wash, etc. Felt barebones. The floor was filthy. I would have liked floor wipes or a vaccuum.

Enough space for a couple, to expensive for than only a couple of days.

Apartment with kitchen. Good access with public transport. Safe.

Bed rooms are small. No access to the existing yoga room and to the barbecue area. A little too expensive.

Good for short-term stay for 2 people; great location

Location and apartment amenities as well as size for short stay for 2 people; for longer stay maybe a bit too small

Floors had spots - looks like they were not mopped for a while; entrance instructions from Sonder but not located next to where entire building inputs its code to enter; so not obvious to find as well as several elevator banks to different towers - clearer instructions would have been helpful.

Very good

This was our first time booking a Sonder location and I was impressed. It is basically a blend between a hotel and an AirBnB, in a good way. The apartment was vary spacious and had every amenity you could need. The customer service was very good - the Sonder app is easy to use and they were very responsive and helpful. It was relatively affordable compared to other hotels in that area.

The bed was incredibly uncomfortable. The "mattress" was very thin and something you'd throw on the floor if your out of town friends were visiting (and you didn't like them very much). I'd happily trade in the washer/dryer for a more comfortable mattress.
