Brought to you by Luxury Beach Rentals, this 3 bedroom suite on the 12th floor is an oceanfront corner unit with huge corner balcony and offers spectacular views of the blue Atlantic. This condo offers an oceanfront master bedroom with king bed and access to the huge oceanfront balcony. The second room offers one queen bed, the third room offers two double beds. Other features include flat screen TVs, washer and dryer, and fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops. The resort is located in the heart of the Grand Strand in a quiet family oriented section of the beach. Activities on site include the indoor and outdoor pool complex which includes a lazy river, 2 pools, 4 hot tubs and children’s splash pool all overlooking the beach along with a fitness center and tanning lawn. The resort also has a Starbucks and ice cream shop onsite. • Master Bedroom - 1 King Bed • 2nd Bedroom - 2 Double Beds • 3rd Bedroom - 1 Queen Bed • Living Room - 1 queen sleeper sofa - Luxury Linen package included! - Caribbean Resort is smoke-free. Absolutely NO SMOKING is allowed in guest rooms, on balconies, or common areas around the property. Guests may smoke in the new smoking area located at the end of the Dominican building ground floor. - 25% deposit to make a reservation and full payment due 30 days prior to arrival. -No motorcycles, trailers, or pets allowed on the premises. - 7 night minimum from Saturday to Saturday required in peak summer season and 3 night minimum outside summer season.

I was kind of leary not knowing what to expect. When we arrived at the resort it was VERY overwhelming. It was as if everyone synchronized there watches arrived at the same time. They should consider staggering the check-in time. I took my daughter upstairs first. She has special need and we needed to get her inside. Ease of having my own code and not having to go to the front desk sped things up for us. When we got to the unit it was EVERYTHING and then some. The resort was nice, every staff member went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Oh, did I mention the room was AWESOME!!!! Thank you for having great standards, and yes we are already planningto stay next Thanksgiving.

The condo was very nice. But the parking lot was challenging- for some reason the valet gets the 2nd level. For some reason there were very small white insects in the whole pool area the last 3 days- was so bad we couldn’t stay in the pool area, no one at the resort could tell us what they were.

Overall a very good experience. Condo was exactly as described and pictured and fairly well appointed kitchen. Property manager was very responsive to early concerns and addressed promptly. Plenty of clean towels and linen. We had 7 adults, 1 teen and a baby with plenty room for everyone. Washer/dryer and appliances all in good working order. The 14 water features were as tidy as they could be given the huge crowds at the pools. Get away from the crowds to the tiny pool at the northernmost end of the property past the Sea Captain restraunt. Thumbs down to using the beach right in front of the resort. You can not put up umbrellas in front of the rental umbrellas and chairs. You can use the beach in front but cannot use your umbrella...you have no "air" rights. This is not posted anywhere. Head north on the beach past the rental chairs for a quiter slice of beach. The northern end of Mrtyle Beach is quite and away from the crowds and carnival on the south end. All the amenities within short walking distance and the resort staff were all very pleasnt and helpful.

This place had so much to do and so much in walking distance it was perfect. We had a big families day including grandparents and little kids and everybody had something to do on a great time. The polls in the resort are amazing they have DJs food live music almost every day.

Overall good stay. Room was clean, except sheets were damp on arrival and sand in one bed. Dryer was terrible. Pool was great for the kids, hot tub too. Bathroom at pool was not clean, and hallways and common areas needed more attention. Elevators were not clean. Parking was easy.

What a fantastic property!!! Fully equipped for dining in, within walking distance to bars and restaurants... fantastic pool area for children any season of the year. CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE. It was perfect for our two family stay.

We booked this property due to location on the beach, 3 bed and 2 bath with outstanding patio's. The resort itself is not kept in the best condition, but since we did not use any of the pools, it really didn't affect us much. We would have liked to have used the hot tub, but there was a group of folks that seemed to have the same idea every night. During the holiday weekend, upstairs and downstairs neighbors were very loud.
Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were very nice and we used the kitchen often.
We learned that we were no farther than 1/2 hour from courses and entertainment in the Myrtle area. Very easy and fun.

The condo unit was fine but could have used a deep cleaning. The Caribbean resort was not clean- there were condition/ cleanliness issues with all of the common spaces (halls and elevators) and even the pool areas. In addition, the noise from the music at the pool could be heard inside this unit. The fire alarm went off twice in one night during our stay, but when we asked the resort staff for information when we left the building, no one could provide any information.

The property is disgusting.
Everything about the property was filthy. The hallways, the elevator, the pools. Will never go back. Our 3 bedroom was not clean, absolute minimum everything. Our 7 night stay had 1 trash bag, no beach towels, no toilet paper. One partial roll of paper towels. All this for $550 per night. Will never go back to this place or Myrtle Beach. To rent a golf cart be prepared to spent $1200 for 7 day or $350 per day. . I usually don’t complain or write bad reviews but I had to warn everyone.

There were a few cosmetic things that were off-putting, but the place was clean, roomy, and they had many things in the unit for an easy time at the beach. The stretch of beach was great because at low tide, a “kiddie pool” opened up that was perfect for little ones. We had a great stay!

We really enjoyed our Myrtle Beach stay. Beautiful views, great beach access, and access to multiple outdoor and indoor pools for all ages. The condo was in very good condition. We had one issue with the frig, which was responded to and repaired within 3 hours! Very pleased with this response. This is a very commercial area of Myrtle Beach, but great options for families with kids.

The condo was great. Roomy enough for 10. Great views. The beds were comfy. Loved having a washer and dryer. Kitchen had everything we needed. The only thing the condo was missing was a dust pan. I prefer to clean at night while the kids are sleeping and I didn't want to be rude to other people above or underneath us and vacuum. I was also a little worried about the sliding glass door in the 2 queen bedroom would not lock. The knob wouldn't even turn. We had small children with us but luckily they didn't go in that room unattended. The property has so many pools to choose from the kids never got bored. Ocean access was great. Some of the rinse off showers from the ocean are broken but their is at least 3 that are working so not a big deal. We arrived before our check in time and were allowed to use the pool and beach access. Great location lots to do within walking distance or a short drive. I would highly recommend this condo and hopefully be booking again.

This unit is beautiful and having the south corner means the sun never blinds you on the balcony! We visit MB every year and this is our first time staying at the Caribbean. We loved it and will definitely be back! DJ and even live music at the pool on certain days ❤️ Very quick access to the beach which is huge for me, because I hate winding through an entire hotel and around multiple pool decks just to get to the beach stairs. Communication with the rental company is great as well!
