Situated in South Haven, this attractive condo for $335 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. This is the family getaway you need! A couple of blocks from the beach and a couple of blocks to the histotic downtown, you will love how centrally located this condo is. And if you don't want to go anywhere, you can relax on the sun-filled balcony and watch the boats go down the river. There's an indoor, heated pool and hot tub steps away for you to enjoy! Open Memorial Day - Sept 30. This 2 bedroom & 1.5 bath condo has everything you need and then some. Newly renovated in early 2023! Updated kitchen with new oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Fully repainted and new light fixtures throughout. The living area is on the second floor with an open kitchen, dining, and living room. Off the living room is a large balcony with a table for four with an umbrella and a Weber grill. The living room features a large sectional couch, perfect to seat the whole family. It's extra comfy and great for those vacation naps. The living room also features a 65 inch smart TV for your favorite streaming apps. With high speed wifi you never have to worry about missing anything. There's also plenty of toddler toys to keep the little ones busy! The dining room has a 6 person table ready for your family meals and evening card games. It's fully open to the living room. The kitchen features all the things you need to cook (pots, pans, blender, water boiler, coffee maker, measuring cups, bowls, plates etc), including a dishwasher. There is also a stackable washer/dryer and a half bath. Downstairs features two large bedrooms (approx 10x15 ft each) and a full bathroom. The first bedroom has a king-size bed and a 42 inch tv. There’s a dedicated work area in this room with a desk, chair and surge protector. The second bedroom has a queen bed and kid bunk beds and a 32 inch tv. Off the room with bunk beds is a patio that opens up to large grass space. Both bedrooms are large enough to fit a pack and play (we have two in the unit) and luggage. And both bedrooms are equipped with sound machines and black out blinds. The full bath features extra counter space and a tub / shower combo. This condo is ready for your kids! We have a baby gate at the top of the stairs, a high chair seat, plastic dishes, baby/kid soaps, toddler outdoor chairs, two pack and play cribs, low bunk beds, a wagon kids can ride in, sand toys and toddler toys/books in the living room. Come park in one of the two dedicated parking spots directly in front of the unit. Bring your beach towels and toys, park your car and enjoy walking to it all!

The property was very clean with a partial view of the river from the above deck. Easy access getting into the condo. Very quiet place at night.

Stayed with my tween and teen. We had plenty of space and all the amenities we needed. Location is easy and ideal, space is bright and clean, pool and hot tub were enjoyed daily. No littles in my group but it would have been easy to vacation here with small kids both with space and kids items supplied in the unit.
My teenager midweek complimented my vacation planning skills because “this is the perfect spot.” That probably makes it a 7 star review.

The hosts are so friendly, responsive, and have added so many thoughtful touches to this condo. The location is perfect! It’s close enough to walk to the restaurants, shops, and beach with a view of the river too. The indoor pool was a highlight for my six year old son. This was our first visit to South Haven and we will definitely be back! :)

Very nice cozy condo, clean and quiet location. Central to beaches, downtown and restaurants. Parking right outside the door.
I appreciated the small decorative details - very thoughtful. We forgot some spices...and the host had them on hand in the cupboards.

This condo was perfect for our family with two young kids. The location is close to the beach and downtown. The owners were so helpful in having everything that we needed: a wagon to help pull the kids around town; beach toys and a cart to haul all our stuff to the beach; toys to play with at home; even multiple kinds of kid shampoos! They even gave us a beautiful list of kid-friendly recommendations as this was our first time in South Haven. I would absolutely recommend this rental for anyone with little kids (or anyone else for that matter, since the location is perfect)!

This property is in a perfect location, walkable to the beach and the town. We enjoyed using the pool and sitting on the balcony, using the BBQ, and watching the boats go down the river. The apartment was well equipped with everything you could need for your stay. We particularly appreciated the beach cart, chairs and umbrella. Our children are a bit older now, but we also noticed how well the apartment is set up for babies/toddlers. We would have loved this when ours were younger. Thank you for a lovely stay!

The outside sitting areas with harbor views and a king-sized bed make the place very comfortable, and the indoor pool was a great option on red-flag beach days or when you need a break from the sun. I especially loved the location. Even with three kids in tow, the walk to Packard Beach was only 5-7 minutes. The walk to North Beach is longer, but still manageable at 15 minutes. We were able to easily walk to dinner at Capt. Lou’s and to the arcade too. Communication with the owners was great, the check-out list was short and simple, and the labels throughout the house answer just about any question that renters might have. I am so glad that we chose this location for our vacation!!

Great experience!

Short walk to Dyckman Beach and walkable to town. Condo had everything we needed. I REALLY liked the shower pressure.

Great location and setup for families with young kids
Property was clean, in a fantastic location (walking distance to both downtown and beaches), and perfect for a family with young kids. Owner was super helpful with recommendations as we had never been to South Haven before.

The place was very easy to access and very close to the areas where wanted to spend time - the main shopping area (downtown), the shoreline and the pier. The sunsets on Lake Michigan inspire poetry and always exceeds expectations!
A bonus was the balcony overlooking the channel. We watched sunrises over that water, with boats coming up and down the channel. And the large tree next to the balcony was just transitioning to its autumn colors while we were there. Just delightful.
On the practical side...It was nice to have two bathrooms with two girls in the house too.

We had a great vacation and staying in this property had a lot to do with it. The location is perfect - close to the beach, downtown and parks for our little one. The condo is ideal for small families, especially those with young ones. Our daughter loved the bunk beds - very toddler friendly - and the toys available for her to play with. We also took advantage of the indoor pool when the weather wasn’t so friendly, which she loved. We will definitely be returning to South Haven in the future and hope to stay here again!

Great location! Very convienent! The complex has an indoor pool as well! Parking was right in front of the entrance! Walking distance to downtown! Short drive to the beach! You could definitely walk to the North beach however it was hard for me with the kids! I also appreciated the kids gates! The condo offers an umbrella and beach chairs which i wish i knew they had (my bad) so i would have not brought mine.

It was one of the cleanest rentals we've stayed in. It had more than enough room (even though it was just for the 2 of us, we could have easily had our 4 kids along). The unit was stocked with everything we needed and more and we cooked every night. Finally, it was in a perfect location so that we could get on our bikes and check out the town, the trails, and close enough to drive to Holland, Saugatuck, G.R., K-Zoo, etc. Overall, this was one of the most perfectly hosted rental units I can recall in a long time. Great job owners!

I could have left an entire bag at home. I did not need paper towels, napkins, toilet paper, tissues, soaps and shampoos, dishwasher and dish soaps. You name it, they had it including the coffee!
